I guess the old crew is gone who were amazing! Where's Neil?! and the new crew hasn't been trained yet. Nice people. But impossible to conduct business when they can't open the vault and are unable to help you when you come back, even though they tell you to come back so that they can help you.

Won’t cash checks for non Patriot bank customers although the checks are drawn from a Patriot  bank account... ?!?
