The Rolls Royce of storage facilities in Santa Barbara. Attractive, clean, peaceful setting. But the staff is what really sets this company off--courteous, thoughtful, cooperative, outgoing. A pleasure to deal with. Not the cheapest facility in the area, but well worth the money.

The entire experience was very pleasant. This is by far the nicest, cleanest, secure storage facility. The staff is very friendly and the policies are flexible. I was able to change units mid month to a bigger unit and only pay the price difference and I was able to pay a pro-rated amount for the last month since I was moving out mid month. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience from getting a unit to moving out. They were warm and friendly and easy to talk to. The facilities are very clean and we felt good about leaving our daughter's and her roommates things there for the summer.

I’ve had a storage unit for well over 10 years. I needed advice on how to set up the inside of the storage unit, so that the boxes and other items wouldn’t be overwhelming to look at when I opened the door. The lovely staff installed what was needed in quick fashion. Organization was easy after that. Each time I have been at the location, everyone I meet is friendly and helpful. Also, in light of covid, the area is very clean and sterile.
