Just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the beautiful anniversary arrangement you made up and delivered to my wife. First time doing business with you. Will definitely be back.
I stopped in to order for a funeral, explained what I wanted red, white, and blue because he was a veteran. I got red white and purple. And for what I spent on the bouquet didn't really get a whole lot of flowers. It also looked like they forgot to do it and just threw them in a bucket. They were supposed to have it delivered to the funeral home on Tuesday, unfortunately it was delivered the day of the funeral halfway through the visitation. This was the first time I used Patterson's for flowers and unfortunately this will be the last time. So disappointed. Thank you for the quick response, wasn't expecting a refund but appreciate it nonetheless.

Wow! After a holiday weekend, we went to Patterson's on a Tuesday for an entire funeral arrangement we needed by Wednesday the next day morning at 9:30am and did Patterson's sure delivery! Jody was exceptional, she listened to our needs and fulfilled! She was creative and when we were stumped on an arrangement one from the great grandkids she gave us suggestions and it was better than what we were initially thinking. When I say we needed an entire arrangement, I am talking casket spray, large heart wreath, large easel arrangement, large pedestal arrangement and smaller arrangement for inside of the casket. We picked out a color scheme and the look we were going for. Patterson's delivered on the color-it was perfect and matched to the scheme and the arrangements were exactly what we were looking for. Jody listened and delivered! I must say I was skeptical because when I called, I was told that I would have to use what they had in stock due them not getting new flower inventory until the next day. I was afraid the the flowers would not be the color scheme we wanted and look sparse. That was not the case at all! Everything was perfect! If you need an arrangement, definitely call Patterson's!
What a pleasant place to do business. I called from out of state & spoke with Pat, who was so kind & helpful. I left it up to them to choose the flowers for my aunts birthday & was not disappointed. Not your typical run of the mill birthday bouquet, they were gorgeous! I was thrilled & they made her day special. So thank you!!
I ordered flowers for my grandparents a few weeks ago, and my grandmother could not stop talking about how beautiful the flowers were! She was still talking about the arrangement when I spoke to her last week. : There was a bit of trouble making initial contact with my grandparents for the delivery as my grandparents couldn't hear the phone, but Brad was so wonderful and made sure that they received the flowers, and then called me to let me know they had been delivered. I always appreciate when people go above and beyond and Brad did exactly that for my order! Thank you so much!
Called from out of state. Talked to Deb. She was pleasant and able to do something for me at very last notice. This shop was able to deliver in very short order, a beautiful bunch of flowers to a funeral for me. I couldn't be happier with them.

Update to my review 4d ago: my aunt received her flowers & they are lovely & so timely thanks to an extra step by the delivery person who delivered them on his way home.
