I love the office of Dr Paul Rosel. The front office staff is amazing, kind, efficient and friendly. My hygienist the BEST. She really treats her patients like family. And her skills are hands down the best. Anyone contemplating a new Dentist this is the place to go.
Dental hygienist, Kelly is so kind, friendly and caring. She remembers my stories and my kids. She is always informative and patient. The whole staff is family friendly. It is an enjoyable visit every time. Not stressful.
Dr. Rosel and his staff are just amazing! They treat their patients with respect and kindness. I always feel comfortable at the office. I had a severe tooth pain after work hours, and they came to my rescue in a flash. Thanks to Dr. Rosel, Debbie, Cheri, Bethany, Ashley and all the amazing staff. You Rock!!!
The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hygienist explained everything she was doing and made sure I was OK throughout the cleaning. Dr Bahr took time to make sure I was comfortable with everything that was done and that all my questions were answered.
I like how they twice remind you of your appointment via text. Everyone is friendly and professional. I like being greeted by name. They open at 7 AM twice per week and I found this really helpful because my schedule includes a daily 8:30 AM meeting. My new crown fit perfectly, and was put on in less than 20 minutes!

Always love visiting this office! My family and I have been going here for years! Staff is extremely nice, easy to talk to and professional. I’m still a student and the hygienists were kind enough to let me even spend the summer with them and shadow helping me get the job I have now. This place goes above and beyond! Highly recommend! Also very easy to get an appointment!
After assuring me my insurance was taken at their practice, they proceeded to call me a month after my appointment to tell me it was no longer accepted. They then proceeded to retroactively bill me for my previous appointment. When I called to dispute the charge I was informed they stopped taking my insurance in April, but their office didn't know this until June, my appointment had been in May. Complete misrepresentation of services, highly unprofessional.
