I purchased a gold Rolex President Day/Date model 18238 from Paul Duggan Fine Watches. The experience was excellent! I worked with Paul and Katie. They are very knowledgeable as well as very nice people. I traded in a newer Rolex Datejust Stainless Steel watch with all the original paperwork, box etc. as well as a 60 +/- year old gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual model 1005. They gave me a very fair trade in price for both watches. The Rolex President 18238 is in mint condition and spectacular! About 10 months after my purchase, Paul Duggan contacted me to let me know that one of their customers was looking for a Rolex President Day/Date 18238 and would pay a 40% premium if I was interested in selling back to them. I love the watch to much to let it go, but if I ever did consider selling, I will only contact Paul Duggan and team. They are very trustworthy people and have a very large network of satisfied customers who are always buying and selling luxury watches.
Although I am the owner of numerous high end pieces, there was A PARTICULAR WATCH that had to be purchased from a reputable company like this. From the very get-go, it was a pleasure to work with Jeff and his team and the watch was in perfect condition at a competitive price as I received it. Highly recommend this company and Jeff if you are on the market for high-end luxury watches.

Great experience. Found a used watch online with them and was offered an amazing price. They then shipped overnight. The package arrived the next day and the wrapping and presentation was impeccable. Every step of the way they were very responsive and addressed any concerns I had. When the watch arrived I noticed a slight imperfection that was nearly unnoticeable and they immediately offered to take care of it. Amazing seller, hoping to find another watch with them again soon.
