Teaching Music on The Guitar for Beginning,Intermediate,As Well As Advanced Players
I Started Playing The Guitar at age 7 after Hearing "The Beatles" Music on
The "Ed Sullivan Show". The Sound was so Awe Inspiring to Me, I looked up at my
Mom and Dad Pointed to The TV And said "This is what I want to Do." The Very
next day I started my Musical Guitar Journey taking Guitar Lessons here in Bing-
hamton NY. By The time I was 11yrs. old I Played my first Public Gig in My First
Band. Through out the years I Studied with Various Guitar Teachers some of which
include Local Great Brian Kirkpatric and Duayne Nealy. I continued to Learn More
Studies and Special Guitar Instruction from World Renowed Players, Roy Buchanan
and Arlen Roth. As well as Studying From Some of The Recording Industry Greats in
Nashville, Tennesse and NY City. I Still Study today in Fort Lauderdale Florida with
The Famous Steve Ramos.
I Continued to Play Guitar and sing in Various Local Bands,since the age of
11. Playing and singing Music With some of our Areas Finest Musicians by My Side
and sharing the same 'Stage." I have Gained Band and Musical Experience, by
Playing The Guitar in Live Performances. One day I estimated that I have played
on Stage for About 5,000 Gigs.
I Also have spent time in The Recording Studio, Playing on Local Radio Spots,
Such as Van Cott Jewlers and Matthew's Truck City. As well as my own Original
Recordings With Bands 'The Mudd Puppies" and "No Compromise". At age 14 I won
a Guitar Contest and First Prize was Recording My own Song in NYC at RCA Record-
ing Studios in Manhattan.
Presently you can see My Guitar Playing with Local Band "Rooster and the
Roadhouse Horns" An 8 pc. Horn Band That has performed and been Playing in
the local area for the last 15years.
