Lauren is awesome! Great customer service. Very affordable, and very accommodating to Veterans. It was my first time there, and it was a great experience.

Hair did not come out as expected. Instructor was very rude and denied any wrongdoing and to top it off the total came out to $100+ and took 5 hours… I’m very disappointed with how the situation was handled and outcome of hair.

I received GREAT Customer Service There,  and a Very Festival Atmosphere during the Holiday Season... Students and Staff were Friendly and made my time spent there a Joy.. We had acquired gift cards for services at the school. My daughter was considering attending the school and we thought getting her hair done would give her some insight to the atmosphere and experience of the school. My daughter had decided she would get her hair cut and bleached. We had reviewed prices we had been given previously on a placard and my daughter also confirmed the approximate cost by phone when she made her appointment. Well, we get to the school salon, and I'm waiting while my daughter is getting taken care of. My daughter comes up to me, eyes like saucers, because she's just been told by an instructor it was going to be $140 just to bleach my daughter's hair. My daughter's hair is barely shoulder length, somewhat thin, and without previous color or bleaching. I feel like the school got us there and then tried to gouge us. Well, we apologized to the student because it wasn't her fault, and we walked out. My daughter was disappointed, and also has no desire to go to the school. Good job, Paul Mitchell. In a way you saved us from wasting our money on her education at your school. By the way, my daughter said that when then instructor was looking at her hair, she was ripping through it with her fingers....it was slightly knotted from having the windows down in the car. My daughter said the instructor was not very nice. Now we have $60 in gift cards that aren't going to do us any good.

The young woman didn't know how to curl. My hair is very short and she says her curlers were too big. I explained what I wanted before she got started.  She could have easily told me before she got started and I would have been okay and left. Never going back

Got my son a haircut by a girl in training, Jerica.  She did an amazing job and really took the time to advise me how to better help the type of hair my son has which is extremely curly and dry.  Now, we know who to come see and know what great products can be used for his type of hair.  He's never been happier.   Thanks again, Jerica.

I was severely disappointed when I went and got my hair done. I understand that they’re learning but I went for a simple deep conditioning and a blow out. The young lady that did my hair was underqualified to be on the floor. She had my water so cold and didn’t change it when I told her. My blow out was a complete blow up!!! I looked like a Brillo pad when I left. The underneath was still damp and my entire head was frizzy! I had to go home and redo my entire hairstyle because I could not walk around looking like a lion!

First let me say that I have been here before and never had a problem until yesterday. I do understand that they are students and in the learning process. I get that. I went in for a root touch up and a basically a trim. 5 hours later they were done!!!!! I have NEVER been so frustrated!!!! I hate my hair !!!!! I usually am ok with things ,but not this time. I will be definitely be calling in to give all the details!!!!!
