I would not recommend anyone to go here for a service or as a student. The staff here are horrendous. They made me walk out of their building with product in my hair, hair wet, hair damaged and still forced to pay. I've had students work on my hair before and it has never came out this bad. I walked out crying because of how embarrassed I felt. The teacher had 4+ students working on my hair and I was there for more than 8 hours. The teacher only checked in about 1 time the whole time. The students were telling me how bad the school was and its ridiculous that the students have to pay so much tuition to be taught by this staff. I tried calling customer service and they didn't return my calls. Just shows that both the staff and the institution only care about the profits and not the education to their students nor their services to the community.
Third time of getting hair done was not happy thought third time may be a charm although it was not and upon calling to let them know the manager hung up on me I let them know I was not happy and wanted it fixed how can we fix it when management hung up I am going to go back to get it fixed one way or another since they refused to refund my money. They weaved it wrong and went way to dark And I M a blonde originally came out without a cut for the third time and charges and wet hair as well
They did really well with my boys, very friendly and werent afraid to ask for help, highly recommend we will definitely be back!

Hi my name is Liz Kessinger. I went in yesterday to have my hair reshaped. The young lady who worked on my hair is a senior on the floor. Andrea. has a promising future. I say this because she did good work and she listened to what I wanted done. Most people just hear but they don’t really listen? With that being said, I will continue to go back. She is my go to person. On another note, I just want to say that I’ll be going back today to get a manicure from her. I loved her nails. She told me she did it herself. I was so impressed I said I want you to do my nails I want them to look like that so today I will go back and have them done.
If you want horrible time going to school go here. This is possibly one of the worst ran schools i have been to. Staff is completely terrible, do not help the students one bit. They choose who they want to keep at the school and who to drop. Absolutely the worst. From bottom of the staff up to the owners, have no idea how to run a business. Clearly they need to get their stuff together and reevaluate how things are ran.
Not good service or results at all shouldn't charge professional prices with students messing up hair Never will I recommend this place I give 1 star for their kindness that's about it
So disappointed in this school. Watered down education. Poorly ran. And Nadia is a below satisfactory staff member who operates on favoritism.
I recently brought my mom in to have her haircut and permed. She’s 83 years old I’m particular about how her hair is done. This was our first visit to Paul Mitchell beauty College. A beautiful young girl named Mariela Perez Moreno cut and permed my mothers hair. She took her time was very careful. She did such a beautiful job so much so that mom plans on coming back really soon and having her hair dyed. She went to the same person for many years and just recently retired I was nervous about finding someone else to do here. The college price was great and affordable for my mom everyone so pleasant. The place was clean and comfortable. She will return thank you so much for treating her so well.
