This store has a huge selection of hardware. Clean and organized, easy to find. Good selection of tools also.
We purchased a Suncast storage unit from Paul's on East Broadway in Tempe. Great people & terrific product. To our surprise we were told they could put the unit together and deliver, for free. Only took about 3-4 days until it was delivered. A young man Randy showed up and maneuvered it from the front to our rear patio. A real feat as the unit is 6' wide & 3' deep. Paul's will get a bit more of our business for sure. Thank you, Steve Calvin.
I'll be straight with you. I came to Ace Hardware strictly because I got a coupon for 50% off one item under $30 in the mail. I'm not sure how Ace franchising works, but my coupon was for "Barry's Ace" and not "Paul's Ace" and this "Paul's" Ace honored the coupon anyway. I thought that was pretty cool. The staff here are very helpful, nice organized store, A+ service.
Had to have some keys made. While that was being done I was offered to relax on a stool or check out the store. I opted to look around and found several other items that I had been needing. This is my idea of a friendly neighborhood hardware store. Keep up the good work and excellent customer service.!!!
I am as always pleased about how eager the staff is to help my find the product I am looking for and make suggestions when I am not certain exactly what I will need for a project. Although they are not large enough to carry as much stock as the big boys, I have always preferred Paul's Ace Hardware over Lowe's and Home Depot. Paul's Ace Hardware is locally owned and their customer service is second to none.
The people here are so awesome! Anytime I have ever gone in, there is always someone with a friendly face. This time I HAD to write a review - I went by and accidentally locked my keys in my car. Several staff members were ready and willing to help and I got back in my car in no time!! This place is the GOAT!
Went back to get handle and assembly for back bathroom toilet when I had my broken parts w/ me to make sure I was getting the right replacement and wouldn't have to return it. I had already been in once without bringing it. I know it is no problem doing returns at Ace but just wanted to get it right. Also found a new hummingbird feeder that you fill from the top. Looking forward to trying it.
Very helpful and easy to get help with our Saturday pick up items... excellent customer service and helpful staff on fixes I do not do often.
I visited this location for a piece of tubing cut to length oh, but I walked around the store for 15 minutes or more without finding a single employee to help me cut the tubing. I know it is hard to staff locations right now, but where was everyone? I'll have to go to a different location I suppose
Paul's Ace Hardware had the item we needed in stock. Very handy having this store nearby!
