This rental place beats out Home Depot in value, price and reliability plus they really know there stuff when getting supplies like Diesel oil and transmission and hydraulic fluids for my old tractor. They have a great selection and usually have what I need when I need it.
It’s like a bad episode of Punk’d. Except no cameras and no Ashton Kutcher. My machine has been there 3 times in a row for the same issue since March, and it’s now almost July. This last visit started 6 weeks ago. I’ve lost jobs and accounts because of their incompetence. No calls, no answers, nothing.
Been renting equipment for projects over the years. Great customer service
Worst Experience EVER at a rental equipment yard. DO NOT USE THEM!! I called to get a price to rent mini-excavator, give CC info, authorize my landscaper to pick it up. Received a call the next day to confirm pickup and total rental charge. A week later I see Juan in the Rental Department added additional equipment and charged my account $120.00 – with NO authorization from me!! I followed up for months, Juan continued to say someone will call me back, which they never did. Mike the owner said Juan said I ok’d it too bad…. REALLY!!!??? Why was I surprised with the charge & calling for months if I knew about it?? Crooks and liars work & own this company!!
You charge $89.80 while Eberhard in Santa Anna charges $74.83 for the same part! That's 20% higher! part # v0511-77150 in case you're curious... just googled it, the first 5 other Kubota dealers are selling it for the same $74 price Are you raping customers on ALL of your parts? Then your parts guy has an attitude when I ask why the difference... Tells me you are independently owned and can charge whatever you want... well that must be true...my wallet is also independently owned and I can buy parts wherever I want!
This Pauly is not looking for a cracker, there's no birds here at all. This equipment rental yard has just about any type of equipment you are looking for to do or finish all those jobs you've got going on. Though it's a kick back relaxed atmosphere Pauly's equipment employees still know how to treat their costumer's with professionalism knowledge and experience,just in case you need a little help .walking out you can't help yourself but feel good about tackling this job especially now with Pauly on your shoulder,.....oops I mean side.
Great shop had hydralic hoses made up today, johnny on the spot. Few minutes later done deal, very nice thanks pauley eq. Good job!
