Paul came to our app on time and fixed my 86” LG. I’ve been through a few technicians and they were nothing but a disappointment. Paul came and within no time got my tv working perfectly. Highly recommended his professionalism.
Though I did not use Paul's TV Co to repair my TV, I feel confident in my recommendation of them based on some cursory interactions I had with them. I contacted Paul's with a technical DIY repair question and they were quick to respond and attempted to help me via email. I am unable to have Paul's TV Co come to my home or to have my TV brought to their shop due to my location being several hours away from their business. I contacted them from a Youtube video aimed at TV repair technicians. Paul's TV Co went out of their way to try to help me and offered some suggestions on how to identify root cause of my TV failure. The quick response, generous attempt to support me and their apparent technical capabilities are justification for me to make this recommendation despite not actually being able to use them as previously mentioned. It is rare to have a company respond in quick time to a customer inquiry and even rarer to experience a company that goes out of their way to attempt to help someone who they know may not materialize into a customer. If not for the hundreds of miles between us, I would easily use Paul's TV Co for my TV or other electronic repairs. Thank you Paul's for having responded and for attempting to help with my LG TV issue.
Paul’s TV was quick to response to my appointment request. I did shop around and they were very fair with their pricing compare to other services. When they came to repair my TV, the service was great and quick! The part that was not working with my TV was fixed and now everything is working! I highly recommend.
Yesterday, I called Paul"s TV because my TV had no picture. The next day 08/04/22, Surguy came at 10am, and took my TV to his shop. At 3:00 the same day, he had fixed it. By 3:15 it was installed. Works great. I would recommend Paul's TV to anyone for service. Surgey is very professional, and knowledgeable, and a great guy.
Half of my LG OLED tv panel was getting dimmer. There was a line down the middle. Called LG. They referred me to Paul's TV. Paul's tv scheduled a time for their tech to come out. He was on-time both times he came out. He inspected it. They ordered a new panel. Within 4 days the panel arrived and the tech installed it within 30 minutes. Everything under LG warranty. The tv looks outstanding. Thanks Paul's TV. Great work.
There's a problem with my UN55ES8000, Samsung remote support was unable to fix it. Called Netflix and AT&T, nobody can fix it either. So Samsung decided to do a home repair by sending a technician to my house. That tech came from Paul's TV located in Chatsworth, his name is Grant. He's nice and able to fix the issue by changing the main board. Now my Smart TV is working just fine... Thanks to Samsung for great customer service. Thanks to Grant for fixing my Smart TV. Will not go to other brand for sure..
