Palisade Palms resort condo on Galveston's exclusive East Beach is one of the most desirable accommodations on the island. It is ON THE BEACH, not across the street or next to a crowded state park; it is in THE BEST LOCATION if you want privacy and immediate access to a wide, sandy, uncrowded beach. It is also THE BEST condo complex on the island, NOTHING COMES CLOSE. Unlike seawall locations, there are no traffic jams and no proliferation of commercial development and you don't have to cross a busy street to get to the beach. It is minutes from the downtown Strand area and close to all of the wonderful Galveston attractions and the many events held yearly in Galveston. The complex was designed to be hurricane proof, construction was completed in 2008, and was immediately tested by Ike and passed with flying colors. Today the complex is more beautiful than ever.

Beautiful 4th floor ocean and pool views. Wake up to a beautiful large view of waves lapping the shoreline. Living area looks out over ocean with large balcony. Balcony furnished with teak wood table and teak chairs with cushions for outdoor dining and relaxing, electric grill. The master bedroom has a king size Tempurpedic bed and large walk-in closet. Master bath has double sinks, shower and over sized soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam topper, a closet, and a bathroom with shower. Huge windows overlook the ocean in both bedrooms. There is a third (half) bathroom off the laundry area. The daybed in the den folds out to a double. The floors are bamboo hardwood and travertine tile. All counter tops are slab granite. Glass top dining table seats 6, plus breakfast bar and 2 bar stools. There is a vacuum, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and hair dryers in the unit. There is a DVD/CD player in the living room and a 42” flat screen TV. Flat screen TVs also in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality Bosch stainless steel appliances. It has dishes, glasses, plates, cups, pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster oven, silverware, etc.
