Couldn't find a store in Lewiston or Moscow to buy a grey sports coat for my daughter's wedding. So I ended up renting a tux from them. Overall very good service and because the wedding was in Nebraska they let me bring the rental back upon my return. Only negative point is the hems on the sleeves and cuffs were loose and caught my hands and feet while dressing.
Got check in fast,got measured fast and got a suit ready fast, tailor was humourous and nice, I expected less due to other reviews but I enjoy my visit for my first prom
I called and ordered a suit, not once was it explained that the suit needed to be returned. Then at 10:00pm the owner calls about needing me to return the suit. He asked when can I have it in the mail. I said I'm not sure, he started threatening me and was very rude on the phone. He even threatened to call the cops and that I should have known that it was a rental cause a suit like that goes for $700. Don't worry I'll return the suit and I will never give you my business again
I had an amazing time working with Pauluccis for our wedding. They where spot on for measurements and made it fun to work with. I would highly recommend Pauluccis!!!!!
Daughter went to pickup up Wedding attire and the gal working could not find the order.Fianlly a few hours later they said they were at the cleaners. She finally pick up her order and it was the wrong color vests and it's the day before the wedding. Of course nothing could be done.The gentlemen working treated her poorly even though the sign on the door says be nice.would think that the gentlemen and his employees could color match correctly. And they act rhis wat because they know there is no where else to get a tux.
Went in to get measured and they don't offer this service if you are going through some other place. I'm just in a wedding and needed to be measured, I had no control in where the wedding party is getting tuxedos, but the owner didn't care. I will let everyone I know to not use them for anything.

I called and talked directly to see if some of the groomsmen for my wedding could get sized there they live in a different area than me and we went local where I am from for the suits. They said no problem they would measure for free for out of town weddings. Then, my groomsmen went in to get sized and the owner called and yelled at them and then showed up and kicked them of the store because they weren't buying from them. They explained I had called and what we had been told but AFTER being measured and wasting my groomsmen's time the owner showed up and they refused to give them their measurements. We all would have been happy to compensate them for their services of measuring but telling people you measure for out of town weddings for free and then trying to swindle them into ordering all of their suits from the shop is very sketchy business practices. After this ordeal I am very glad we decided to go to my local hometown shop instead of Paulucci's as this entire ordeal has been a disaster.
We've went to Pauluccis a few times over the years. Even last minute they've treated us great. My sons have been happy each time. Customer service skills are amazing.
Would have given this place 0 stars if I could. Have to get measured for a friends wedding coming up and I saw they don’t do complimentary measurements due to covid which is fine. Offered to pay them to measure me which everyone knows who has been measured before it seriously takes a minute to do. Wouldn’t accept money from to get measured and was told they wouldn’t do it. They have a sign on the door that says “due to covid” well if covid is such a big deal to your store then why was I the only one wearing a mask in it? If you’re not going to measure people who are offering you money to take 60 seconds to give them their measurements then put on a mask if you’re so freaked out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Sucks that this is the only place in Lewiston that people are left with.
