Payless Monuments

I think Payless monuments the best. The staff is great and a pleasure to work with. I need it this headstone installed. In a timely manner, they did it. They help me with my daughter's husband and mother in law headstone. I truly appreciate the work they did I love it...thank you!

Andy at Payless was very helpful and always returned my calls or emails when I had questions. My mom passed away 2 months before covid hit and during first year of covid I had to pick a headstone. I’m glad I went to Payless and found this beautiful headstone. Everyone says how they love the headstone. My dad passed away last November and Payless came out and put his dates on perfectly.

Thank you Payless Monuments, Angel, and his team for providing a seamless experience when replacing the head stone for my grandmother, mother, and aunt. They coordinated with the cemetery and handled everything. Once the final design was agreed-upon by my family, the headstone was created, and placed within 7 to 10 days. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the photo of the new head stone at the site. The stone in and of itself is highly polished and beautiful. Thank you, Angel and team.

After numerous calls and several months and payments received there still has been no call back and no tombstone placed at grave. Unprofessional I don not recommend. Next step is a complaint to the better business bureau.

Buyer beware I don't recommend this place to anyone. Bad attitude from this company. Took forever with NO communication unless I reached out to them first. this place has been using the excuse of the COVID-19 beside other excuses. I would never go back to this company again. Very unprofessional you pay and they give you what they want yo to have Incomplete work very disappointed .

Burying a loved one is never easy and unknown territory for many. The family team at Payless Stone made the whole process easier to deal with. From there initial consultation and understanding the customers wants and requests. To also providing helpful and professional advice based on years of experience. Because they provide a Rendering We were able to adjust few designs to make sure my family was happy with the final product. My Dad’s headstone was fabricated in a timely manner and the quality and workmanship is amazing. I definitely be recommending them in the future.

My husband ordered something added to his mother's tombstone, to acknowledge another family member buried there as well. Angel and Jessica were very pleasant, and professional. The work was top-notch, and you would never know that something had been added to something that is fifty years old. They did a phenomenal job, and he feels very fortunate that they are the ones who handled the order. Thank you very much, Angel & Jessica.

I was extremely pleased with Payless Monuments for the job they did with my mother's headstone. They was extremely courteous, helpful and exhibited patience and compassion during my visit and telephone conversations. Put simply, without their help this headstone would not have been prepared in such a timely manner. They are the epitome of what customer service should be like and I am extremely pleased with their work. The told me when the headstone will be installed and kept me informed during the entire process. After witnessing and experiencing their extraordinary performance, patience, professionalism and customer service attitude, I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking to have a headstone. You will not be disappointed.

I will be filing for a refund in the coming weeks and will be meeting with the Attorney General's Office to have them charged with fraud. They have had our money for two stones since early 2020 and have not only failed to deliver them but they lie and say "they are on the truck" or "they will be delivered this week". They have been telling us lies for years after numerous calls and visits and it is clear that they have no intention of providing the stones after taking several thousand dollars. Angel sucks and is part of the problem. Other reviews that are positive are just friends/family trying to counter the 1 star reviews. See you in court...
