Store was clean, good selection, ok prices. the tall blond I think manager, Gabby helped me find the perfect pair of shoes and was very nice and understanding with my small children getting bored. Amazing customer service

Great prices and selection! Today in particular had an amazing lady help us on her 3rd day with a smile! Last visit 2 months ago had a very negative experience with rude employee. Hope they keep their staff customer service a priority.

Great place for shoes for kids. Good quality for the price paid. Noelle helped us out and went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of. Very professional.

Awful experience. I do accept that I took a lot of shoes out of the boxes but the way the shop lady told me to clean the boxes and pick up the mess I’ve made and until I do that I would’nt be sold a single thing was downright humiliating, rude and disrespectful.

They have great customer service. Good luck to all the sale staff in this store. Sorry to see the store close.

Very rude staff and very careless service. I would say this is one of worst shop I ever visited. They did not allow us to see shoes. Worried all the time on we keeping back shoes even before we try. Very arrogant service and did not bother when we said we wont buy for bad service. Said please take my name and complaint. We decided to stop visiting Payless after this bad experience. I don’t know how they manage with such careless arrogant staff

Great styles, trendy and modern, but for great prices. This store is clean amd has a lot of selection and the staff are helpful.
