Very very helpful when I was picking out the shoes and socks. However when I I needed to go in there and do a return and didn't have time to figure out a better size they acted like I was just trying to do something sketchy. Even though it was the same worker that was there when I purchased them. But I was in a rush I didn't have time and acted like I was trying to pull one over on them. It was dumb because I even paid me cash
Jasmine Hanna was very helpful when buying my shoes. Jasmine told me about the current promotions! I bought two pairs of shoes a some socks! I had such a pleasant experience at the Colton Payless! I will always go back there!! Thank you Jasmine for great customer service!
Rude. Didn't bother to help me look for my shoes. Told me "whatever they have" is on floor & didn't even offer to check the back or another stores stock. I explained I saw it in stock online at this location and drove all the way there and they said "well it's never accurate" and told me to go to another store.
They are. Nice to shop at I got it yesterday and it hurts really really friendly people
