Won’t catch us using anything else! My husband’s boots lasted 3 years with zero care taken of them, and could’ve kept going for awhile. The two ladies working were incredibly efficient with replacements without feeling like we were being rushed. Lovely to work with and we’ll be back if not for awhile!
Augua Morale at the north Richland Hills store went above and beyond in every way to make sure I was completely comfortable in my boots. It's employees like her and quality boots that make me a permanent customer.
Update: Toby asked me to reach out to him and show him what was going on with my boots and saw that the boots had infact just need to be replaced and then went above and beyond to fix my issue and get me new boots the same day he saw the problem! And for that I have changed my score Thank you again Toby for all you're help Original Post: spent $400 in the past 2 years on boots plus another 150 on gloves and socks with this place.... Their boots failed within 6 months and they would not do anything to help me out..... Their only solution was to try and talk down on the boot that they sold me and then say the work I do needs a better boot and try to upcharge me to another boot Mind you they already knew what type of work I did from the 1st time I came in And that's really sad because the 1st visit was awesome the gentleman behind the counter was very informative and helpful and got me in what I thought was a great boot.. But as their manager said their boots will always fail... they say they stand behind there product but there manager definitely does not! -Kyle
The employees were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in making sure the work boots purchased fit impeccably. Add to that the quality of Red Wings products and this was an A-1 experience.
had a pair of those moc toe lasted 8 months ended up with 3 holes and a torn toe soles wore out fast not worth the price. ill come back when yalls quality goes up
Promotes durable shoe that lasts... Work boots did not last a year. Initial call they were rude and then eventually warmed up and tried to be nice.. extremely disappointed with my experience. I used to do nothing but sing Red wings praises but I will never be recommending or taking my friends in to buy Red wings ever again. We have bought 3 different pairs of shoes in the last 2 years none of them lasted a year without one complication or another... Make sure you actually know their warranties we were told that we had 12 months on a pair of boots when we purchase them and we're just informed there's only a 6 month coverage... High-end prices but so far no actual quality has been shown in the three pairs we've bought from them...

Amazing customer service. They measured my feet and took their time explaining everything to me and helping me try on tons of options. Highly recommend.
Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. And of course the shoes are everything you expect from Red Wing.
Great staff, great experience, wish they had the samples of all the leathers they offer. Otherwise very happy with the visit and purchase!
