I come to Payless more for my kids and husband than myself. The shoes tend to not fit quite right for me that's a manufacturer/corporate issue and hurt. Some are too narrow even a wide and a size up flops off. Every time I come here, all personnel will greet and help customers as best as they can. Great shopping experience and I got tips on how to make the shoes feel better if I went a size up. I sent my husband in before Christmas and at first he couldn't find the right size for one child, but someone found the last shoe in the correcr size. That helped us so much for last minute shopping. Clean store, great sales, and wonderful staff.
Lack of stock. Can't seem to keep up with demand. Customer service was good though. Prices good also but quality has been on the steady decline.
Employees were cold, impersonal, didnt care if I found what I was needing or not. Their social lives were much more important than the customers here & there in the store.
Friendliest employees that were so quick to offer help. I even came in 15 minutes til close and wasnt hounded to hurry nor rushed
They’re only taking cash at the one near me. An associate said they probably aren’t going to be getting in a new credit card machine because they’re closing.
Payless obviously marked the inventory up significantly. Stuff that was 19.99 6 months ago is marked at 24 and 29.99. 40% my rear...
Service was great. Helpful staff here not dismissive or indifferent like I have experienced elsewhere.
The store is great, but they are going out of business along with all Payless stores nationwide. Sales are great and the staff are amazing.
