Laura is by far the best groomer we could find. It has been a pleasure and a bless to have her grooming my puppies. She is very professional, knowledgeable and i would for sure recommend her to anyone who’s looking for an amazing treatment for your beloved pets. Thank you Laura :
Laura has been our groomer for our skittish and shy lab/basset mix and has always been fantastic. She’s great at communication and takes such great care of our dog. We will not be able to use her services again since our puppers is not long for this world, but Laura is the one who found the lump on her neck and let us know to have it checked out asap. It’s thanks to her that we got to have the time with our beloved doggo as time is quickly running out for her. Without Laura’s care and concern, we would not have found the cancer until much later and would be seeing our dog suffer by the time we knew the end was coming. If there’s anything that can be the greatest testimony to how fantastic Laura is, it’s that she is the reason we are able to have this time with our dog and knowing that she isn’t going to suffer. Your dog is in the safest hands with Laura!
We love Laura!! She had been coming to groom our Westie and 2 other dogs nails. She is patient, reliable, and caring. Sadly Laura had to stop grooming our babies because she no longer serviced our area. Laura’s grooming is based out of Hillsboro and we live in Portland so when she no longer had customers it was time to keep her business more local. We are sad she had to go but understand. What a wonderful lady giving our babies the extra love and care. Thank you!! We will miss you
Laura was such a life saver! I had made a reservation weeks ago at a local doggie spa for this week because I had out of town guests coming for a family wedding. I wanted my Great Pyrenees to be clean! She’s an outside dog who guards our farm so she needed a thorough cleaning. The day before my reservation the spa called and said there had been a mixup. Long story short I cancelled. I contacted Pampered Pom in desperation, fully expecting her to be full. When Laura learned of my problem, she bent over backwards to help me out. By 10:30 she was out at my place working on Gracie. She not only gave a bath, but nail trim, cleaned up pads, and blew out the undercoat - the whole business. Gracie stepped off that van looking like a new girl! Having a groomer come to my home was much better for my dog as well. No anxiety about getting bathed. Gracie just seemed very calm and relaxed when she stepped off that van. I’m pretty sure Laura’s experience with animals and understanding of them helped Gracie overcome any anxiety she may have felt initially. I will forever be grateful to Laura for her willingness to accommodate a complete stranger. I can’t say enough good things about her. I wish I had found her long ago!
Laura was easy to book and super communicative she asked about my dog and any skin problems or odors I was aware of. I hande her my big dog and two hours later my doggo came back super fluffy smelling wonderful and smiling . Will use this service again . Laura took great care with my dog and accommodated my doggos arthritis.
Wilbur 10 year old Puggle has recieved royal treatment three times with Laurs at Pampered Pom Mobile, recieving wash and pedi each time. Pheoburt 14 year old DLH cat needed a cat shave sooo bad. Laura worked wonders with a lion king cut. As background, I had been searching for a new groomer because the groomer I had used for about 2years abruptly stopped due to a family emergency, going out of business. Laura does an amazing job with both dogs and cats and I highly recommend. The fact that she is mobile is a plus, but evenso ... she has a wonderful way with fur family which I value as A+++++++

Pampered Pom is the best. I had made several appointments for our dog to get his nails done with a different groomer, I was stood up all three times I scheduled, then comes Pampered Pom. A lifesaver, professional, warm personality, best treatment with our dog. Thank you Pampered Pom for helping us. You are our go to groomer from now on hands down.
Laura, the groomer, made my daughter's dog look so cute, like a rainbow poodle. Laura loves animals and enjoys grooming them.
