I recently lost my 33 year old horse after a wonderful 26 years together. It was the hardest decision I had to make in my life but knew it was his time. He was my best friend and miss him every single day. I reached out to Peaceful Pets who were compassionate and understanding of your loss and the heartbreak you were going through. Upon collection of my horse Ray was not only respectful but extremely careful and gentle in loading him onto the trailer.... Thank you for the kind comments towards my horse and thoughtfulness shown. I could not have chosen a better person or company to leave my beloved horse in the hands of. I am sure his journey to Rainbow Bridge was a pleasant and peaceful one. A few days later I received a beautiful oak style wooden box containing token ashes with his name on a brass plate. Such a beautiful touch. Our beloved cat Alfie sadly passed away last weekend and Peaceful Pets handled our circumstance with such care and were super friendly & polite. As a family, we couldn’t thank them enough for the support and service they have given us during such a difficult time!
Within 24 hours I had a call DEMANDING payment of cremation of my mare! I then had another voicemail the following day! Less than 48 hours of my beloved mare dieing! This place needs to be avoided at all costs! Very un professional and non dignity and TOTALLY non sensitive! I'm totally livid how I have been treated! It's clearly states on a old invoice from September 2022 it's 28 days....

Over the years we have brought all our pets to peaceful pets. Just recently our faithful friend Scally passed away. The service from peaceful pets is excellent from the first time you call right down to the cremation. The staff really care, they are all kind, considerate compassionate. We would highly recommend peaceful pets. Say good bye to your loved pets in a peaceful relaxed surroundings.
Thank you for making a very heart breaking day a little bit easier. From the first call to the actual Cremation they were very understanding and caring. We knew our beloved dog Jet would be treated properly. She was a very proud and set in her ways black lab and we think she would have approved how she was sent on her way. Our little dog died a week ago and we decided to have her cremated. We were contacted by Ray at peaceful pets -and would just like to say what an excellent customer service was provided. Thanks so much. We had our beagle cremated here nearly 3 years ago but didn’t get to visit as the vets handled it for us. However, this week we lost our beloved rat, Comet & although we wouldn’t normally get a small animal cremated, he was so special to us as he had gone through so much in his short life. They were very understanding and spoke softly and compassionately to us. I got him back the next day in a pretty urn and I’m personally very pleased with the service. Rats have a bad reputation but he was my baby. Thank you
I lost my beloved Dodge on 3.3.2022 and he was oldest rottie in the world 18 years old. Peaceful pets were amazing came and collected him and the service was perfect for the perfect pet. Thank you so much.
I would not go any where else. This was my first experience cremating a pet, they were kind, compassionate and spoke so softly. I was able to deliver my precious cat to them myself, I felt confident handing my pet over to them. Received the highest of respect and so did my beloved Mabel. Would like to say a huge thank-you to all staff which made this sad time much more bearable.
