The good: Easy and inexpensive. The bad: Divorce was final 20 days ago and we were not notified. Only found out after contacting the court ourselves. Said they mailed docs on the 20th, which we have not seen yet. Email attempts to figure things out made me feel like I was bothering them. If you want quick and easy they get it done. Just poor follow through on the end.

Very helpful and affordable for divorcing couples who are able to be amicable. My ex husband and I prefer to handle things ourselves especially when it comes to our kids. We are obviously divorced for a reason several actually but none of it is our kids fault. Going through Peaceful Separations has been just that, peaceful. If my ex husband and I had disagreed on ANY issues we couldn't resolve ourselves than we would have had to get attorneys involved.

Requested to have child support put into an account each month bc ex spouse doesn't pay, not in past 8.5 yrs, not now... Woman paralegal said, 'he has one chance to pay it', August 2018... Not only did he not pay child support for his daughter he moved to Texas where he pays for his other kid before divorce was final. I recommend getting a lawyer that will help on your behalf so you don't get screwed over. He makes more, never paid a dime, I solely have child but my child support will be more if his daughter ever wants to live with him. How is that right? Other than that, fairly cheap, kept my child out of the court system process, didn't have to go to court, fast, changed last name in process.

I called inquiring about help with my situation but found it was outside of their specific field. The fella I spoke with was super nice, gave me a bit of info and pointed me in the right direction. 5 star courtesy for sure.

If you can negotiate at the terms with your spouse beforehand, this is the easiest way to go. They even can file it online so that you don't have to even go to court.

I really wish they had a punch card that way your 5th divorce could be free...just saying you guys think about it!???
