I go to this library every week since I moved to Peachtree city! Every weeek I bring books home for my son cause he loves to read.. the lady’s who is name is Jill and Janice who they think they’re manager or something which I don’t thinks soo!!!! Both of them old and rude definitely they’re both definitely not kid friendly at all… There is a lady her name is Mrs. Ring very polite and and helpful at all times…
They are always so helpful when my family visits. We go on a regular basis since one of my children loves to read. Everyone is so patient and kind. I will have to say this is the best public library we have visited.
Location is at center of Peachtree city and city hall which is awesome. There is big play ground and park behind of the library. I come here with my kids and we all love it just to hang out inside and outside of the library. All the librarians are friendly and helpful whenever I have questions and concerns. I love it when this library close late on Tuesday and Thursday so I can stop by after my working hour. Thank you, Peachtree city library!
Great location and friendly staff, lots of seating, clean, quiet, and right on the lake!
Best experience. Beautifull place the near lake is amazing. Highly Recommended
Apart from inconvenient working hours convenient only for retired and library workers Not for students or working individuals , limited parking and 1 check out electronic machine for the whole library, you also have to come to “renew your card”, it can not be done online. So many unnecessary process and human interactions that so uncomfortable....all libraries that I used before take customer centered approach but not this one
It’s just so pretty during the late hours of night....flowing water and the reflection of the golden lights is calming, centering, and peaceful. It’s in a great section of town where there is access for everyone. Well, to be honest, the place could use a few more handicap parking places because that section is a bit awkward to navigate. But again, it’s a wonderful place to sit and read a book. So serene. On my latest visit, I cried and my tears merged with the fountain’s water. I was deeply involved with the characters and I became enveloped with sadness and despair when my Kindle powered down. I needed to know the ending. I went inside hoping to find a charger, and, you guys...they have books! So many books! Like....the words are printed on paper, then the paper is bound. A hard-backed protection against the inevitable spilled coffee and milk and coke and tea and energy drinks. You get to read. Borrow. return. exchange! Over and over! You just need a card. You can also register to vote using your handwriting skills if you want. I really thought the existence of books was simply an exaggerated attempt by our parents to have us feel guilty for our technological advancements. They must always remind us of how their lives were harder than ours, and I don’t know, maybe they were. Please excuse me, I’m off to ask Alexa and Siri what they think of other generations. I’ll compare their responses; I might update this after.
I loved this library, it was sad that we came with not enough time because I would spent days here.
I went to the library for a social security meeting, the representative was very professional and informative
