Being Rich's wife I was made comfortable by staff and felt very secure and relieved to know I only had to enter their door and all plans were taken care of!
My father had previous arrangements planned and prepared in South Carolina. Over the years, the laws in the two states changed and this made the process of working with the funeral home from another state very challenging.
