Pearl Light Nails

I visited this nail salon on a Saturday, I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure done. By Monday one of my nails started chipping, I have never had this happen with any other salon. The way she Lee did my nails was so quick and rushed, she did not put any real effort into them because they had more people coming in and it was just her and her brother in law working. She started filing my nails while I was still getting my pedicure done! I called her and she said to come in, when I went in she started complaining that the chip wasn’t big, and that other people wouldn’t come back to get that fixed. I said, when you pay for a service you want to get what you paid for, she started going on and on about how her salon is cheaper than other salons, which they aren’t. $45 for a gel pedicure and $30 for a gel manicure. I said to her, I didn’t come here for your price I came here for a service. I didn’t know how much her services cost before I went into her salon. After going back and fourth with her she agreed reluctantly to redo the other nails. Both the manicure and pedicure were rushed and not worth it. They are very basic and hardly do anything extra, even with a regular mani and pedi. I will not be returning and will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this salon.

They did okay but the guy kept farting and it was really gross. He didn't shape then the way I wanted it and it just wasn't the best experience. I've gone there before and they were fine but today was really bad

We had a weird experience. I made an appointment for myself and my mother-in-law for pedicures. We got there and someone took care of her and I just sat there waiting while the man did her feet and what not, like 30 min just sitting there then just just walked away not saying anything and started someone’s manicure. She got done and then the other person came and did mine while she waited with her toes drying. She finally got done with me and went into someone else’s feet and we just sat there waiting to “dry” for about 30 min then finally my mother-in-law said… are we done??? The lady that did my toes came over and sprayed out nails and said we are good. It’s like they forgot we were there. She has been there before and had the same man do her toes and he apparently was warm and nice to her and talked, this time he seemed preoccupied. We got home and looked at our heals and both of ours are very cracked but our toe nails looked good.Service: Pedicure
