Unfortunately this funeral home does not know what compassion is. My mom recently had to use their services for my brother who passed away. When she arrived she felt she was dealing with a “used car salesman”. Then he makes the comment “he was a big boy”. Why would anyone do that in the time of grief for someone??? Very disappointing, and you would think that someone in this type of business would understand that. DON’T GO THERE! Go to a funeral home that actually cares.
