I had a great experience at Pecan Acres. The property manager takes care of the property keeping the grounds manicured, trash picked-up, and the roads freshly paved. This RV park is like camping in a quiet forest close to the city, not a cement parking lot of RV's crammed together like so many other campgrounds have become. I also found it to be a safe place. I left my door open, sometimes by accident, and I never had anything stolen. The other RV'ers are friendly, quiet and respectful.
Just like everywhere else, getting out of hand on the lot rent. These people forget that mobile homes are for POOR people. Sad times when people can't afford to live in mobile home parks. Shame on the owner of this, and every other park in the area. YOU are the problem s in this world.
Good peaceful place to meet a friend to help him out.
I would not recommend this place. It needs a lot of work, and I'm talking about the rude manager. She mean.
It is such a beautiful place. The Manager is so kind and helpful
Great place! You never know who will be around you though and there is a fellow a few spaces down that likes to get drunk on the weekends with his friends ans they are LOUD! They play loud music too. But other than that, I have no complaints!
No one bothers u u can rest hear nothing for like 2 days and its vert shade although limbs falling all the time little birds and squerrls saround trees very enjoyable at times
Mix of well kept and not so well kept mobile homes. No park or playground, much less a pool for kids. Other than that seems safe and okay.
Very welcoming and helpful, since Im new to the area, I went the longest way possible to get less than a half a mile down the road.lol Anyways, she told me how to get there on a side street...
The park is clean and quiet. I do think some plumbing needs to take place next spring
