I've been going to Dr. Finch since I was a young girl. I started to go to other dentists when I moved away for college but none of them could provide the same experience as Dr. Finch and his staff. Everyone is so kind from the moment you walk through the door. I trust in Dr. Finch and his staff and know they are making the best decisions for myself and my family.
Dr. Finch is very down to earth and easy to talk to. He is like talking to a friend than as a Doctor. His office is very clean and well maintained and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. When calling to get an appointment it is very well handled with ease. The wait time is very low. The patient does not even have time to read from their well stocked library
Dr. Finch has been my family's dentist since we moved to the Pecan Grove area back in 2000. It wasn’t until this year when I had an emergency when I lost a one of my crowns & it got infected & Dr. Finch had to perform a root canal. He got me in & out without any pain. Now I plan to continue my routine check-ups without a fight.
Clean, good attitude all of staff, all competent, good advice & recommendations from Dr. Finch without trying to sell un-needed procedures. Also, individual TVs with remotes all patients to watch cable TV... including business channels.
I have been seeing Gary & Patty for over 20 years . I use to work right next door to him for almost 10 yrs . Whenever I had a dental issue that couldn't wait for a normal visit he always took care of me . Now if he would just leave my wisdom teeth alone...they're here to stay !
Dr. Finch has been my dentist for many years. He has always done a good job and provided good advice.
The entire staff is courteous, helpful, pleasant,and very efficient. Ease of making appointments and availability of appointments are excellent. All services provided by the doctor and his staff have been excellent throughout my experiences as a patient.
This clinic is still open though Dr. Finch has retired. Dr. Nguyen is doing awesome here.
