I know the post office is always going to be busy when they open and right before close so I go in the middle of the day and never have to wait long. The people at the counter are friendly, helpful and efficient. I've never had a bad experience and I know they deal with some unpleasant people. I appreciate everything they do.
I’ve been here multiple times with positive experiences however I was just helped by Pat and she should not be working with people. She was such an awful human and they really need to replace her asap. It makes the whole place negative. FIRE PAT!!!!!
USPS has become highly UN reliable. Temporary carriers on our route so we have a different carrier frequently. "Training route" so we have inexperienced carriers frequently. You go to the branch and nothing ever changes after bringing it to their attention multiple times. We get neighbors mail. Neighbors get our mail. Mail never arrives. Mail gets returned to sender. Mail gets returned to sender because the property is "vacant" and we have been here 22 years. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!
If I could give a zero I would! I have been trying to obtain a package from a parcel locker for more than a week! First I was given the wrong key, then it took two days for the postal driver to realize I left a note regarding the wrong key...then I had no key! I tried calling the post office for nearly an hour and no one bothers to answer the phone not the first time I have encountered this. I find it hard to believe they are so busy they can't answer the phone. I'm still waiting to retrieve my package and have filed a formal complaint.
Great if you want to get someone else's mail. Not so great if you need to get your important mail and wonder if someone else got it instead. Great if you ever wanted one of those official post office mail carrying buckets. Not so great if you don't like your neighborhood littered with them, as they often leave them behind on the ground. Honestly, these days most mail is just junk mail anyways, time to rethink the USPS. Do we really need a US service dedicated to delivering 90% junk mail?
So bad. They hide behind union. They would be fired many times by any business trying to survive. It's a shame but that's the system. No accountability. So we the community suffers. It will never change. Probably get worse.
Worst post office ever. I was away from my apartment for 2 weeks and they put a green vacancy slip in my mailbox. I filled it out and left it there so they would resume the mail service. Its been 3 weeks and the mail person hasn't picked up the slip and my mail still hasnt resumed. I tried calling this branch 6 times and not a single person would pick up. The first time someone picked up then hung up and then it just keeps ringing after that. You should get new staff here
I spoke to Pat. She was very helpful with my 2 questions. I just moved to the area and this Post office is walking distance from me. I was pleased with her customer service and glad to receive excellent service from my new Post Office.
Mailed two bill payments from the curbside mailbox. Two weeks have passes and neither company has received the payments. Went to the post office to speak to a supervisor and no one was available, left name and number to call us. Three days later and no call. Went to the post office today, spoke to a supervisor. Was told there was nothing they could do. They were not willing to go look in the box and offered no apology or solution. Total waste of time. Incompetence reins at this location, they use to be decent now, they couldn’t care any less. No wonder people do things electronically, put these clowns out on the street. By the way, if I could give a zero star rating, I would.
This place is a lot nicer and cleaner than most. The older lady that helped me was very friendly. Probably my preferred place for shipping stuff out.
