Love this place! Always a great selection and very cool guy!

The owner is absolutely amazing! He is so knowledgeable and kind. We bought 2 pedals and other things for our son for christmas and had everything stolen. The owner gave us a pedal for free and was extremely kind! We will ONLY go to him for all of our guitar needs from now on and always refer to him!

I bought a bass guitar here a few weeks ago. I had gone in a couple weeks before that so I could place a request for one to be ordered, as they didn't have any I was interested in at the time.  The guy who works the counter foolishly forgot to ask his name on my last visit, is very friendly and every time we've gone in has always had helpful info on things I'm looking for.  My most recent purchase was a used pedal for said bass guitar, which was pointed out to me on my last visit and has been treating me well ever since.  In closing, this is not the cheapest music store in town, but I am confident that anything I buy there will be quality. You get what you pay for in product and in service.

I love the small town music store atmosphere. Good string selection. They also have the most pedals on hand than anywhere else in Eau Claire. Both of my twin boys took lessons from “pedals music” and the rates are very reasonable.

Just happened by the store so I checked it out and had a nice chat with the manager. Epic collections of pedals, its a good percentage of the store. Cool place some neat vintage gear. Wish it was bigger, i'd like to see what they'd be able to have in stock with more space!

Everytime I shop here I get quality service. I appreciate the insight & advice offered. I am a beginner and I have never left feeling like I was talked into a purchase.

This place has had either the thing I was looking for or the advice I needed every time I’ve gone in there. It’s a small store but have never been let down. Best selection of pedals I’ve come across. Some cool boutique ones too.  Check it out.

Eric’s shop has mostly stuff for guitarists, bassists, etc. but he can get you pretty much anything you want. He got me a trombone mute, for example. No problem

Nice selection of guitar and bass gear, from basic to pro.  Owner is helpful, prices are excellent, and they had everything I needed.  Wide variety of effects pedals available too, including some locally made ones.

The owner was working and we had a great conversation while he located the items I was looking for. Very nice store and a new favorite for me.
