My kids 9 & 7 had a cleaning here for the first time. The office we were at before was difficult to schedule with due to my schedule so we decided to switch. It was THE BEST DECISION. They were great! They were friendly from the moment we walked in and were so good with the kids. They were patient and fun and my kids really enjoyed it. Really impressed with this office!
My two children had their first appointment at the Southaven office today, and we love it! My husband the parent who was present said everyone was very kind. My children felt comfortable. It was overall very pleasant. We will definitely continue care at this office.
My daughter has been coming here since her teeth started coming through. We always have a great experience and the staff is always so happy. They make you feel like family. I absolutely would recommend this dentist office.
This place is incredible. It Was my sons first ever trip to the dentist and boy was it such a sweet surprise! They gave me a happy for choosing them, my son got a happy and they were SO friendly and professional! Looking forward to next visit!
This was our first of many visits to PDGO!! Wow, everyone was so nice. The office was clean, the staff was kind and welcoming, they took time to explain themselves and their process, they were all so sweet and helpful to my crying babies who waited not so patiently for their big siblings, and they let me sit with my kids throughout their visit and cleanings.
First trip was a great experience for my kiddos. The staff was all very friendly, took the time to explain everything and make them feel comfortable and was very thorough. All the little extra details they put into goodie bags, cards for being a new patient, and prizes just added to them going the extra mile. It’s hard to find that these days so it was a very nice refresher :. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend!!
The dental assistant was amazing with both my kids. The Dr was fantastic as well. They made my kids feel very comfortable, and me as well as a parent.
Love PDGO! Both of my kids have been going here since they were small. Always very courteous and nice!
Awesome visit today. Our dental assistant was so awesome, patient and caring-Chastity thanks so much for making my son feel comfortable and doing an awesome job! Of course he always thinks the doctors are cool! We will continue coming back!!
The staff is very pleasant and they always follow up with me, even if I’m not ready or sure about the next appointment. The dentist was very knowledgeable and gentle with my daughter. She enjoyed her visit, and I can’t wait to take her back again
