New in the area and this place was recommended by a friend. Friendly front office staff! Friendly faces that made us feel welcome My kiddos are 10 & 8 yrs old. Jamie & Dr. Beck did an amazing job making my kids feel comfortable, especially for my 8yr old who is special needs. My 8 yr old was starting to feel anxious especially since it is a new place, and new people. They both too the extra steps to making her comfortable where they were able to finish their work. Afterwards they explained everything and gave opinions. I am thankful that this was a positive experience! This is our new dentist! I would definitely recommend this place!
About a month ago Miss Maleaka fell and broke her tooth. We've been waiting to get it fixed once it wasn't so painful, per dentist orders. Last week we went in for our appointment I explained how sensitive it still was, nobody listened and with no numbing they began drilling on the tooth Maleaka instantly jumped up in pain. Dr Cox kept saying he had never seen anything like this in all his years sending my daughter into a complete panic attack. I tried calming her but she just wanted to leave. I took her to the car to calm down then tried to go back in and talk to staff once I was in there they said I needed to go to Comfort Dental. The next day at Comfort Dental they said it was very common to still have pain and she just needs a filling but will need to be numbed like normal... I call Pediatric Dental Specialists to let them know what was found and nobody returned my call but I got this letter in the mail yesterday. What type of peds office kicks out a child for having an anxiety attack let alone when the dentist started it by making her so worried after saying over and over "I have never seen anything like this in my whole career". I have video recordings and I will send them to the board! Very disappointed in their whole office for letting this happen!!! They say they will see my kids for 30 days for an emergency but her tooth NEEDS a filling its constantly causing her pain yet they won't do her filling ‍. *update almost 3 weeks later* As of June 29th you still haven't sent my daughters referral. I have called numerous times their new office has called can you PLEASE send the referral so we can get this tooth fixed! How sad you leave a child in pain for SOOOOO long!
The dental office staff are friendly, patient, and welcoming. Dr. Rogers is top notch, as she is gentle, patient, and very kind. I was impressed she took time to explain my child’s dental needs and that she was concerned with my son’s dental experience and is willing to go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and have a good experience.
The first ever appointment for our 1 year old was pretty good. We weren’t told up front there was a one parent restriction until we were called back but other than that the staff were all really energetic and friendly. The doctor was also. He did great with our son and made him giggle. We look forward to our future appointments at this office.
My little girl 4 has been seeing Dr. Cox and his team for the last two years. She looks forward to the dentist, and knows if she is on her best behavior, she gets a prize. She shows off her goody bag of care products and we literally danced in the parking lot after this most recent visit. I truly believe it is the approach of the office that makes her feel so comfortable. They are welcoming, efficient and have some incredible technology. I absolutely recommend Pediatric Dental.
Absolutely love this office and everyone that works there ! Dr. Cox is amazing and so great with the kids and does an amazing job of explaining the process to the kiddos. My youngest daughter has developmental delays and at times will become anxious, but Dr. Cox and his assistant did so well with her, she walked out of the office pain free and smiling ! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist for their little ones.
Fantastic pediatric dentist, my kids love coming here. They don't push unnecessary fillings or treatments, very honest and thorough. Everyone is so friendly and great with kids.
I have three boys, any appointment is a pain because of the wait times and how rambunctious they are. I can’t tell you how much kindness makes for an easier appointment. Everyone we made contact with during our visit was beyond kind - hearted especially for end of Monday appointments. They are truly dental saints.
The people here are amazing, helpful and do a great job explaining to your kiddo exactly what they will be doing to make them feel as comfortable as possible! Dr. Cox’s has such a calm and warming demeanor and my son always feels very comfortable with him! I love this place and all of the employees are literally the sweetest! Would never take my son anywhere else!!
Dr.Beck was amazing. He explained everything very well. My daughter loved him. She defiantly was ok with being in the office and the care he has suggested. The staff all together was friendly and fun! We will be using them for sure in the future for more than just the problem at hand!
