ABOUT DR. PAOLI:
As a native of Scranton, Kristin Pettinato Paoli started her practice in Clarks Summit in 2003.
A 1988 graduate of Scranton Preparatory High School, she received her undergraduate degree in Dental Hygiene in 1992 from Thomas Jefferson School of Medicine and received her dental degree from Temple University in 1996. To further her skills in general dentistry she completed her advanced education residency in general dentistry at the University of North Carolina’s School of Dentistry.
Dr. Paoli completed a 2 year pediatric dental residency at the Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, where she was chief resident of the dental clinic. Prior to this she completed a fellowship in pediatric dentistry at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia/University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Paoli is an active member of the Scranton District Dental Society, The American Dental Association, and the Pediatric Dental Association, as well as several charitable organizations. She has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Lackawanna County since 2004.
Dr. Paoli is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and is Directions also licensed in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). She and her husband, Frank, reside in Scranton with their three young children, Isabella, Nicholas and Marco. Dr. Paoli enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and for other local charities.
ABOUT DR. POTTER HANYON:
Dr. Stephanie Potter Hanyon has completed a two year Pediatric Dental Residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, where she was chief resident of the dental clinic. She also completed a general practice residency at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown. She recently became board certified.
Dr. Hanyon is a 1995 graduate of Scranton Preparatory, cum laude graduate of Loyola College in Maryland, and a summa cum laude graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry. While at Temple, she was co-founder and vice president of Obtaining Wonderful Smiles, which provides dental education to disadvantaged schools in North Philadelphia. At Temple, she was also inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, awarded the International Congress of Oral Implantology and the Edward Band Arnold R. Cook Award in children's dentistry.
Dr. Potter Hanyon is certified in Basic Life Support ( BLS) and is also licensed in Pediatric Advanced Life Support ( PALS).
Dr. Hanyon and her husband, Randy, reside in Clarks Summit and have two young sons, Alexander and Anthony.
