Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

Dr. Abby and her team are an absolute dream. We've been going to this office for a few years now, and even though they're out of network for us, we keep coming back. My 5yr old loves going to the dentist because of how warm and caring everyone is at this office. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted warmly and with a smile. We've never waited longer than 15min in the lobby and If you check in online, it's even faster. You're given a body bag with tooth brush, timer, floss, etc, then the hygienist takes you to your chair. The office and equipment are all clean, and their hygiene protocols makes us feel safe. The entire time, it is all warmth, smiles, and laughter, which makes my kiddo beam. More than the goody bag and prizes and arcade fun room they have for after your appointment, my son loves giving Dr. Abby our life updates the most... and she listens to every detail. We love everyone here, and cant wait for our next appointment!

Phenomenal! The team, the environment, and the care are all phenomenal! Of all days, my 5 year old woke up screaming with “tooth” pain. We typically go to Jacaranda smiles, but they’re not open on Saturdays. I think I called maybe 20 offices and couldn’t get anyone to see her today. The team here, called me back and got her in instantly. We were seen in minutes and they went above and beyond to care for us. But the best part is, that not only is this place open on Saturdays, but it’s actually an amazing office! Better than any dentist clinic I’ve ever taken my kids too. I’m so glad we found you guys! Will definitely switch over to them for all of our dental needs. From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys.

The staff, medical team, and environment at PDO is above and beyond any expectation for a pediatric dental practice. The care, time, and expertise they provide to our child makes every appointment a breeze. An added bonus is having the incredibly talented orthodontist practice combined with the dentistry in one office. The practitioners spend time explaining plan of care with the families, make every child feel like the only one in the office, and the dental support staff feels like family. We drive from Palm Beach County for this boutique practice. Highly highly recommend!

I can not say enough about this practice. From the moment you walk into the front door to the moment you leave, everyone is amazing. They have an arcade room, selfie booth, and a prize box. My kid's love coming here, they no longer have a fear of the dentist and actually ask to go to the dentist now. Thank you again for taking such great care of my kids.

My review is based on my experience with my 4 kids from 3 years of age to 22. It is not worth taking my kids anywhere else. Yes, they also take college students. This office caters to the youth and genuinely show concern with each individual patient. They talk to the parents throughout each entire procedure explaining in detail. The ortho services are not evasive at all. Fillings, root canals, and crowns are surprisingly quick and painless. My kids haven't even flinched. My sister is a dentist in Aventura and Wellington. We constantly talk about care, but this place is exceptional. The entire office from Michele, Allison, Dawn, Dr. Abby , Dr. Blair , Christina, Ashley, Joanne, LaToya ,etc. It is truly a pyramid system. Everyone is always so pleasant, professional, and positive. It always feels like a holiday for my kids when they visit this office and despite the procedures, it is never an unpleasant experience. I feel emotional as I wrote this solely because I truly appreciate this group and can only compare them to other offices that my kids have gone to. This group shows you from every aspect that they care. They follow up with patients just to see how they are postop. I implore you to at least visit this place once with your kid and experience it for yourself. The people make the difference and you can tell that they live what they do.

If you want your kids to enjoy going to the dentist AND coming from the dentist, Pediatric Dentistry in Plantation is the place to go. The environment is kid friendly and the staff is amazing; my 4 year old and 2 year old loves it there.

Once again...PDO was awesome. Our son has been going to Dr. Abby and PDO from the beginning. The staff was super, as usual. Dr. Jen was amazing, an incredible addition to the PDO. Thank you for giving our son the confidence to NOT be afraid of the dentist.

All three kids had their cleanings and we all had a wonderful experience. The hygienist are kind and detailed. The dentist takes his time with each child. The entire process from check in to check out was great. My kids love getting their photo taken and picking out a toy and the game room in the waiting area. I would have never imagined going to the dentist would be a fun experience for my kids. They do a great job at this place and my kids love going to the dentist!

We love the attention, in addition to having a group of professional dentists, 100 percent recommended!

I would like to say thank you to the goodhearted staff of Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. My daughter, who is special needs, has been going to this exceptionally benevolent practice for several years. The staff has taken great care to accommodate her every needs by bending over backwards to make sure they are met. Michelle, her hygienist, has always been quite laser focused on the mission at hand, and achieves this task by being, true to her form, kind-hearted, gentle and patient. Dr. Denis Trupkin, and his remarkable support staff, Dawn, Ashley, Christina and Angelica are truly outstanding professional individuals with an angelic touch to their demeanors. I can always count on them to do whatever it takes to make sure the office visits are stress free as possible for both me and my daughter. Pediatric Density and Orthodontics has reached "Platinum" status, from my perspective, because of their astounding professionalism, customer service and their innate desire to treat their patients as their extended family.
