They took 4 days to read my mri results, after saying it would only take max 24 hours. I had to contact them to figure out what was going on. This caused me to be sat from sports for no reason.
I sat for an hour to never get an xray then they sent me my after visit summary BEFORE I saw anyone. Worst place ever. I wouldn't recommend to someone dying on the side of the street to come here. They'd be better off driving to Ann arbor.
Rude all around!! Not sure why the hospital even referred us here when the staff are rude and not concerned with patient care.
I've had three kids come here to get casts for broken Limbs and I have had great experience each time
