It's very nice! The people are very good with children and the scenery is great! I love the children's drawings on the wall, it makes it very inviting. I also love that they give out toothbrushes, stickers, and balloons. These small touches really make a difference and show how much you care about your customers.
This place is a joke,I made an appointment a month ago and gave my number and email several times.Well Secretary Cynthia doesn’t know how to do her job..She documented my phone number and says she said that number was wrong so she was not able to contact me and didn’t care to send me a email..I missed the appointment since there was a lot going on and I made the appointment a month earlier and never got a reminder . i called the next day ,I was told because they had the wrong number on file they couldn’t contact me So I got told her to 2 appointment dates since I already waited for a month and she agreed that I can call and cancel the first appointment date if I can’t make it I specifically asked her if I can make 2 appointments and she said Yes ,and I confirmed that several times and told her that the second appointment date was for 100 % Sure and she confirmed that and gave me a date and time. I repeated myself several times to make sure we understood each other. ..I just called to confirm my appointment and now Cynthia states that she can’t give me the second appointment and said that “there is no second appointment made because she couldn’t do that and that she informed me about that before “-which is a total lie..and then she says she talked to her manager after my conversation with her and they both declded they can’t give me 2 appointment which she didn’t care to call and let me know .Now she gives me another date which is almost a month from now and she has the audacity to tell me that “the reason that I lost my appointment date was because of my poor communication skills and I need to learn how to listen”..this is how to treat your customers..I am a new patient just trying to get an appointment with them and this is how I m being treated..I choose to select this facility because of the good reviews,but worst customer service and top of all so much lying and don’t own up to their actions
We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so sweet and caring. I was so surprised that my daughter even cooperated for treatment! So glad I found this awesome office!
My daughter is 5 and on the spectrum and has been going here for a year now. I highly recommend this office for ASD children that have anxiety about going to the dentist. I just bring her noise canceling head phones to drown out the drilling noise. They are extremely patient with her, I love how they tailor their approach to each child. I have never had a complaint or long wait. The ladies at the front desk are nice, the Dr is great and very thorough. My daughter now loves going to the dentist every 6 months because she knows she's going to walk away with clean teeth, a balloon and a goodie bag new toothbrush etc and sticker when she's all done. Thank you Pediatric Pro for making it stress free now when taking her to the dentist.
I searched all over for an oral surgeon that would let me be with my baby since she was so little, I worried! Pediatric Pro allowed me to watch her go to sleep and come back to wake her up. Dr. Robert the Anesthesiologist was very helpful as well. Overall I highly recommend! Very caring staff from front to back.
The lack of communication is what drove me to write this review. I have brought both of my children and the back office experience was exceptional but when it comes to the front, there's a few things that they could work on. That being providing proper and accurate information and theres a lack of professional. We scheduled my children's appointments over the phone with Rosa and unfortunately she lacked in providing the accurate information regarding finances. When we scheduled my daughter's second appointment she confirmed with me that we could add to my current payment plan and we will be able to proceed with treatment without an additional down payment. Mind you, I pay for everything out of pocket. I come today with the expectation of getting treatment done and she denies treatment because we had to do a payment today. A payment which she did not express over the phone a week ago when we created the appointment. My child is in pain today and because of the lack of compassion and communication on Rosa's end my daughter has to suffer. Regarding the professionalism she did not care for the HIPAA protocol. As shes speaking to me about finances, she exposes my private information while there are multiple patients in the lobby. I too work in the dental field and HIPAA is a big deal. She has ruined the experience at this dental office.
Unlike anywhere haven’t ever taken my kids they are nice and give u detail information on everything that’s going on and staff are sweet and professional love it love it love it
My daughters were nervous about seeing the dentist on today; however, the staff hereall from the front desk to the dentist-Dr. Sara were incredible and provided excellent services to them and to me as well.
Dr. Ali is very patient and explained steps about my son's treatment in words I could understand. The staff is very nice and friendly.
