I cant stand this store. Overpriced cheap items. Also they subscribed me to magazines to be charged to my card if i did not cancel. I read the fine print before hitting accept and told the clerk i do not want to do it. She said i had to and there was no way for her computer to back out of it!
In the entire time this store has been in town, I’ve had nothing but issues. Every single time on the rare occasion I invite myself in, I end up immediately regretting it. I just left after spending 15 minutes at the register feeling undermined and blatantly disrespected because the older lady with glasses couldn’t figure out why my card wasn’t going through after I proceeded to tell her that I just used it at two other stores with no problem. Mind you, the total of my purchase was only $12. She insisted I must’ve racked up the credit on my card since I’m a “young lady” not to mention nonchalantly accusing me of making mistakes on the machine while attempting to swipe/insert. Some younger lady came over and solved the issue almost instantly and it was apparent it was the older lady’s mistake all along. Ignorant is an understatement. Absolutely horrible experience. I can’t tell you how glad I am that this overpriced, complicated store is closing.
They only pay 7.50, basically run raises like commission. You have to sell a specific amount of cards before they’ll even consider your raise. Management is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t care for the workers like they should. Management is more worried about there week offpaid then giving there workers a raise/ better hours.
Love pebbles. Employees always helping you save the most you can. Very personable and easily finding what I want. My only wish is they carried lingerie for larger woman over xl
For a store that's closing, it still has exorbitant prices, even with the 40% off!!!! And the people that work there are very snooty, not helpful or friendly at all! And some of their products you can get elsewhere for a much cheaper price! Ridiculous store. Glad its closing.
The reason they are going under...you go for a sale going out of business signs say one thing and you find out they have crazy exclusions if the price ends in.98. Like mine 79.98 you dont get 50% off shoes you only get 20% still high retail. What a joke
