I do not even want to give this business 1 star. After a family member passed away we went in to order some arrangement's to which we canceled within the hour. When speaking to the owner to refund the money they wanted to keep $50 because they said they were almost done with it. They owner proceed to call us names and refused to give us a receipt. After finally what seemed like forever we finally got a receipt. We will definitely be calling the BBB and filing a claim.
This place is the worst. We came to them to have flowers done for my mother-in-laws funeral and that was no problem. I paid for the flowers and called them back not even an hour later to cancel the order and was told fine it will be canceled. A week later they took the money out of my account anyway. It took me two weeks to get my money back. When my wife went to the business to talk to them about it they were nasty and rude to her. Then we were charged a $50.00 fee because they said lost out on product knowing very well they probably never even started on it in that short period of time. Terrible survice!!!
I ordered several arrangements from Peggy Sue's last Mother's Day. The arrangements were delivered on time and each recipient said they were absolutely beautiful. I recommend giving them a try!
Always good ideas for arrangements .Very helpful. Fair price. Will still send flowers out of state. They do great job on wedding & special events have seen there work at local Inn.
Went to get flowers for a baby shower and they acted like prom was more important than a regular sale. Fyi those little sales help your business stay open. It makes it hard to shop local when they don't even want your business. And I am a firm believer of shopping local.
