Absolutely delicious food. They keep the place so clean and it isn't hot it is cool and relaxing. Comfortable seating they are always wiping down the tables. The cooks are fabulous and know exactly what they are doing. I cannot wait to go back! I was so excited to eat the food I forgot to take a picture but here's the end result.
Will not eat here again! There are several other Pei Weis in area and I will go to one of them. The food is not the quality of Pei Wei. Our spring rolls were burnt and when we asked them to recook another batch they were overcooked also. Don’t waste your time or money
The rice wasn't fully cooked on several of the plates we ordered. The chicken fried rice didn't have much flavor. The manager was nice enough to remake it but still...I would rather go to 888 bistro down the road. Vegetarian options: There's vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: You can ask to remove certain things from your dishes and it has a good list of stuff. Parking: Parking spots all over the place. Kid-friendliness: There's kids choices Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheel chair ramp
Definitely not anywhere as good as it once was. Got yum yum shrimp and pork egg rolls as an appetizer. $6 for 5 tiny shrimp?! I understand things have gone up, but this was highway robbery. The egg roll tasted freezer burnt. One entree was stone cold. The other was just ok. Definitely not worth $40 by any means. Never again.Food: 1/5
Had experience at Cypress, this one, not so much..... sesame chicken... rice was a giant cold clump, broccoli was yellow and wilted tasted sour egg rolls were good. All in all, too many other places nearby to risk it again. Always check the quality when it's to go.Food: 2/5
Tried to order online, didn’t work. Then I tried to order through the application they have… still didn’t work. So I had to pace the order over the phone. Then when I get there, it seemed like like there were only two people there working. My sesame chicken was extremely tiny, and my egg roll was burnt.Food: 1/5
The food is very average. If you’ve been to Pick Up Stix, Panda Express, or similar, then you’ve been to Pei Wei. They’re all very similar. That’s not a slam against Pei Wei. You’re not coming here for a 5-star experience. You’re coming here for calories and some sweet and spicy. The staff was pleasant and the place is clean.
Stopped in today after the lunch rush, it was still busy but not too bad. Ordered crab wontons 6, Kung Pao Beef Extra Spicy and Korean Beef Extra Spicy. Our plates came out off the line before we even were able to get our drinks and sit down because the two kids were texting by the drink bar. After arguing with them to move, our plates were at the bar. Then the host comes over to tell us that they just ran out of crab wontons...at 1:00pm, really? So after options we received the egg rolls instead, terrible. The flavor was bland. Need a new supplier guys. But the food was spot on!!! Even though the portion size does seem a lot smaller than it was when Pei Wei first opened and before they changed to their new menus. But we had no problems.
How’s possible they’re still serving customers out Togo plates? If you spend close to $40 for a meal for 2 people at least give your customers some regular plates and silverware like other place, we’re almost two years on the pandemic and it’s not an excuse for this company to treat their customers like this. I’m not complaining about the food but the way they treat their customers. Good job Pei Wei for being worse than Panda Express.
Food was delicious, waitress Julisia was amazing. Great night.
