Been using this establishment for 23 years and unfortunately it has gone down. I've experienced the same customer service, but the last dress I had cleaned they lost. When they finally found it and ingot it home, it stunk like it had never been cleaned. Since they are the only game in town, I'm willing to drive out of town.

Staff has been rude on several occasions. Was asked to stand in drive-thru line behind cars due to they were closing early and didn’t want to open doors. Items have not been ready a day after ticketed pick up time on multiple occasions. Request to address concerns on shirt while in their care were not addressed. Staff was aggravated when asked to pin sleeves as normal stating, “the person that does that is busy.” I called and asked for a call from owner and was told that owner only comes on Wednesdays. I restated that my request was for a phone call. Vanessa told me she would “try” to call owner. I expressed I didn’t understand “I’ll try”. Vanessa spoke over me and said, “ have a nice day” and hung up. Vanessa called back saying a manager would call me, I expressed my request was for the owner as most staff has been unprofessional on multiple visits. Vanessa, said “God bless you” and hung up again. Customer service is seemingly dead here. This post serves as my decision to do weekly business elsewhere, primarily due to Vanessa has posted a review defending staff, rather than responding to customer reviews to propose a means to better CUSTOMER service.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

Service has completely declined. Been using this cleaners for almost 6 years and it's definitely not the same. Uniforms not ready or lost. No customer service and very unorganized. Today I picked up the the uniforms the same way I dropped them off dirty, still in the laundry bag for a May 2nd pick up. Today is May 3rd. Time to find a new cleaners.

It’s unfortunate since the Peterson’s are apparently no longer involved. The all new “Bartow Cleaners” experience hasn’t been great. Dry cleaning appears fine. The staff and the attitude one gets from them … not enjoyable. We’ve supported this business for YEARS. All of a sudden, I’m a stranger there the service is rude. I rarely leave reviews. The service there hasn’t been good since the change. Used to be neighborly & friendly. Now I feel like I’m disturbing them.

No longer called Peterson Cleaners. Apparently, they have new owners. When I was there to pick up and drop off clothes, there were several people there complaining about their cards on file being charged, missing clothes, etc and the staff seemed very overwhelmed. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my clothes so I just picked up and will go somewhere else from now on.

Whoever owns this business needs to turn the air on for these ladies! It is too hot to be running a sweat shop. These ladies work hard and deserve to be working in the ac.Service: Laundry wash & fold

This place has gone downhill over the past few months. I'm assuming they've changed owners because of all of the mistakes that have been made lately. Their pricing and business hours change from week to week, they charged me $11 more than what my receipt said they did refund my account when I brought it to their attention, twice my clothes were not ready when I was told they would be, and the last time, they lost a pair of my pants and have been unable to find them over the last two weeks. The last time I called to inquire about the missing pants, the woman on the phone had a huge attitude about it. I won't use them again, I'd rather press my own clothes than deal with that level of incompetence.Service: Clothes pressing

Convenient to where I work and I love that they have a drive up window so you don’t even have to get out of the car. On the downside, though, there is an extra charge if you don’t pay cash.

Staff is GREAT! And very hard working especially for transitioning to a whole new owner ship. nobody likes change but we need to leave to stop being so up tight and give them a chance!Service: Organic dry cleaning
