We shopped carefully for the windows for our new home knowing they would be an important design element. Jason and Allyssa worked with us for several months getting every single window just right! Before finalizing the order Jason spent 4 hours with us going over each window and showing us showroom samples of the styles we would be using - this was really helpful as the beautiful wooden windows and sliding doors had some unique features. We also chose our front door from Pella, and we love it. All in all good service, good products, oh - and everything was delivered on time!

Very pleased with our experience at Pella! We replaced all 20+ windows in our home and 3 exterior doors. After almost going w/another company that was trying to sell us a product that wouldn't even have worked, it was amazing to work with Kelly. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, honest and straightforward, she was ready and willing to get her hands dirty to ensure our product was exactly as we ordered and installed. Kelly has been responsive and communicative throughout the process and the product so far has been fantastic.

I highly recommend the Pella Store at Rohnert Park. I worked with them for my whole house remodel to replace all my windows and doors. Eric Da Vega and his colleagues were helpful and attentive to my needs. Eric pulled in a sales manager and service manager when needed and they all worked as a team. He even offered to deliver the last door himself to help me move in on time - you can't beat that level of service. There were three windows that I purchased from Marvin because Pella didn't make the style I needed and Marvin was a completely different experience!. The Pella windows came premium painted in black frame, jambs, etc as expected, while Marvin windows had some parts in white; making it look mis-matched and unfinished - their dealer's service wasn't any better either. Pella's service alone is worth the $....every homeowner wants to feel supported during the stressful remodeling process and Pella certainly delivered on that - thank you, Eric, Tony, Jason and Alyssa!

we could not be more pleased. We have completed a rebuild of our home which was lost in the Tubbs firestorm here in Sonoma County. We have strangers who stop while driving by who want to see our home. I think they are drawn by our Pella front door. It really stands out. Upon entering our new home they are struck by our large Pella bay windows. I can not say enough about how these windows have changed our view. We see birds and clouds that just add so much to our enjoying our new home. Yes, they were always there. We just didn't really take them in visually in our old home. If your considering large windows, go with them. The added cost is worth it. To finish the job we added solar shades. They bring the whole thing together. YES! Go with Pella. They have really helped us out during the whole process. They follow through

What a team. Both Alyssa and Jason have given excellent professional customer service when helping me select my beautiful windows and front door. Making such a large decision neither ever made me feel rushed, their focus and attention. were on myself and the questions I was posing. During this rebuilding process it was refreshing to work with people who not only were knowledgeable but keep their promises regarding completion dates.

The Rohnert Park Pella Store ROCKS !! Allyssa and Jason have been great to work with from start to finish with our remodel and door project. They really made the process easy and held our hand with everything. WE could not be happier with their service and the Pella Product. !! Thanks so much

We are very pleased with the windows and doors. It was so nice to see the choices in the showroom and Allyssa was so helpful answering all our questions! Carrin has gone out of her way to make sure we received just what we wanted.
