I've had a fantastic experience thus far. Prenatal care was superb, my mental health is being taken seriously, and they are very quick to respond. Their portal is so useful. I can access all of my charts online and message my doctor any time I need to. My child hid my birth control once, all I had to do was send a message to my OBGYN and I received a message first thing the next morning that they had sent a refill over to my pharmacy. You can schedule an appointment online both primary and walk in, look at doctor's notes from previous visits, you have access to the full list of medication you're on, and you can check when your appointments are too. Their walk in clinic is full of doctors and nurses ready to help you if you need to be seen right away. They actually listen to you and tell you to let them know if the solution they came up with doesn't help. They also talk you through the meds they are putting you on. Everyone is so friendly too. You aren't punished for missing appointments either. All in all will gladly continue my care there.

Great care! My provider talks with me about all options for my health care! The online portal is a very useful and great way to communicate with your physician or nurse's.

I will be very frank. Very unhappy with my health care provider at Mercy Clinic here in Ottumwa. In addition to that, the reception staff there are not friendly, don't smile and the general atmosphere seems negative. So, today I took a chance at the Pella Clinic and was very pleased. Reception probably would get 3 stars, but I saw Dr. Strong and was more than happy. Personable, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. He had never seen me before and I had several issues. He took time with me, asked questions and set out plans for all my issues. I recommend him to any and all.

Allison Crall is a wonderful practitioner. My family feels very comfortable with her. Her nurse is also very caring.

They do not care about you and only see you as a number. My wife and I have to drive 40 min to get to this clinic. It was our first vaccination appointment and we had been talking about it for days leading up to it and having sleepless nights. On top of that I just started a new job and was working nights. We were 8 MINUTES late to our appointment and the receptionist just told us that we couldn't even see the doctor. We drove over an hour round trip with an 8 week old and because we were 8 min late the doctor wouldn't even give us the time of day. My wife, a new mom was devastated, and I had only slept 2 hours so I could be there. AVOID THIS PLACE YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER.

Horrible experience. Have been suffering for weeks. Literally the worse pain I've ever been in. Have been doing everything they say. And cant get any help. When the pain starts to affect your mental health...and your provider refuses to listen. There is a problem!!!

Nurses are professional and kind, as are the doctor I saw. Also, she was knowledgeable.

Great dedicated staff . Love my care here versus other local providers . They will be our healthcare until we move to an area they dont service
