If there was a negative star I would click that instead of a one star. I have waited over a year for my dad’s headstone to be set. Excuse after excuse. Told me it would be set August 10th. Still waiting. It’s now the 23rd. We called and let them know yesterday that they had 7 days to set the stone or legal action would be taken. Of course the only one that “supposedly” knows anything in that business, is Kimberly. News flash!! She knows NOTHING!! Can’t even call back the number that was left!! She calls my mother instead of me! So now all of a sudden, she calls me and says she will have the stone set Friday morning. It should have never come to this in the first place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I do not enjoy coming to see my dad with a paper name plate that’s chewed up by a cemetery weed eater!! If you want a headstone in a timely manner, take your business elsewhere.

This company takes advantage of grieving families! They deserve a negative star rating! My father passed in October 2020, payment and headstone ordered in April 2021, as of June 2023….no headstone. We have been given excuse after excuse. First it was COVID causing delays, then it was making sure they got everything correct, then since September nothing but excuses as to when it can be set! Even getting a text 6/3/23 stating it would be placed 6/4/23 and still nothing! I recommend to run as far away from this so called business. And if you have had issues like this….report them to the Better Business Bureau and the state Attorney General.

Please do not use these people. Don’t go through the pain and suffering we did to get our loved ones monument set. We gave them 7 days to set the monument or we were going to have to go in a different direction. They did set it within the 7 days.

Absolutely terrible company! My grandparents both passed in September of 2020 and we still have yet to get their headstone with nothing but excuse after excuse and constant run-around COVID excuses can only get you so far at this point and the kicker, family going to visit their burial site got the shock of their life when seeing MY grandparent’s anniversary picture that we asked to be put on their headstone on a DIFFERENT headstone of people who passed well after my grandparents and again, more excuses with false promises and fake apologizes. Run, run far away to a different company and save yourself the hassle and possible heartache due to negligence.

If I could give them a -5 stars I would. Picked out and paid for our sons head stone in May. Here it is March and still nothing the thing that upsets us the most are the numerous times we have been told that they would have it set within 2 weeks. Don't promise something that you can't do.

These people are nothing but liars. Everytime you call there is always an excuse. We have been waiting for my fathers head stone for a year. She was paid in full and keeps giving excuses to why it’s not done. I asked for my money back and she said no take her to court. Do not get your loved ones head stone done here. They deserve no one’s business!!

My grandpa passed away in 2020 it is now 2022 and his headstone was just placed today. We have had terrible customer service with the entire process. The workers have made excuses after excuses. We also bought my sisters at the same time and they placed her headstone on the WRONG GRAVE. Then lost it and made more excuses. Two years after paying for the headstone it is now placed on my sisters grave and the design isn’t even what we asked and paid for. TERRIBLE. this place doesn’t even deserve one star

They were absolutely the best to me while going through a sudden death. Nicest people I have ever been around to help me. Did exactly what I needed and gave me a great price. I needed them and they were there for me and even letting me pay payments. I absolutely give them a 10 plus! The owner is amazing and her sketch guy nailed it.

Pellow was really great to me. My grandma passed and we ordered a monument through Pellow. There have been huge supply chain disruptions for all businesses and monuments are no different. I found that out through the help I received at Pellow. The help from Kim and Nathan made me feel like they appreciated my frustrations with the situation and they were very transparent when it came to the status of our order. They went above and beyond when I asked recently about when we could expect to see the monument. It should be soon and I can’t wait to see it. I can’t imagine running a monument business during COVID. Unexpected life losses coupled with supply chain issues and grieving families is a recipe for a tough business, but the folks at Pellow were warm and empathetic. I don’t look forward to needing another monument, but I will definitely return to Pellow when the time comes.

Next month will be a year since my daddy passed away and he still don't have his head stone it was paid for before my dad funeral the said the longest it would take was 6months cuz of COVID well the lady at the office is a liar and keeps making excuses saying i told y'all it could take up to 9 months I'm no you didn't ma'am because we would of went somewhere else and and we called her on the 5of this month and she said it would I've been done by Tuesday or Monday the next week and my dad still don't have it out at his grave site but we called and they said it's there and it's done but they still haven't took it out there to put it to my dads grave so my dad can have it out there and it's still not there
