Harlie and Danesa are a great team, always looking to help out residents and make a great living experience here at Pendleton Park. The best!
Danesa and Harlie were fantastic to work with in the leasing process. They understood what we wanted inside the apartment and made sure we were happy with choosing the right one!! They answered every question regardless of how basic to most complicated. We’ve felt welcomed from the beginning tour and beyond!
I have truly enjoyed the past eight months here at Pendleton Park and will be renewing my lease for another year. The units are quiet and well managed, the staff is friendly, and the amenities and common areas are clean and well maintained. I have had only two minor maintenance requests and they were done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this complex.
We have been residents of Pendleton Park for the past ten years. The property is well taken care of and constantly being improved. The maintenance staff is the best around and you can trust them in your home . I had a emergency maintenance issue after hours and Mike responded within 10 minutes and quickly fixed my issue. The maintenance manager lives on site! Definitely a nice place to call home.
We’ve lived at Pendleton Park for three years now, and we’ve had a pretty great experience! We absolutely love our neighbors, and all the dogs around her too! Danesa is an awesome property manager. She is very helpful and always willing to work with you. We bought a house and will be leaving soon, but we’re going to miss the community here!
The staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. The maintenance crew does a great job keeping the grounds looking good, and have been very responsive to service requests. The rent is reasonable for what you get. My unit could use more lighting and some updating to fixtures and carpet, but otherwise it's a good place to live.
Mike in maintenance is the man. Three times I had to put service requests in and within the same day he was there without fail to fix what was needed. He also went above and beyond when I was out of town to help move a few packages into my apartment He called me to say he can help…wow!. This entire place is top notch. Danesa, property manager is always available. Brandon in sales was always there to answer the smallest of questions, and again, maintenance was great. Thank you for everything…you were all the best.
I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. I love living in this apartment complex! Over the last 15 I've rented MANY different apartments and this community stands out as the best I've lived in. The office and maintenance staff are genuinely friendly, eager to help, and follow through on requests and repairs promptly. The community is quiet, the apartment itself is very nice I particularly like the spacious bathrooms and deck and the outdoor areas are well-maintained. The club house is excellent and I've taken full advantage of their fitness room, pool, and sauna. All of these areas are clean and well-equipped. I was happy to renew my lease and look forward to another year at Pendleton Park!

I don’t know where to begin. My experience at Pendleton Park has been amazing. No complaints here. I’m big on customer service and the staff here is awesome, especially Danesa, Harlie and Mike. Danesa and Harlie are a ray of sunshine, always happy and helpful. The apartments are very nice and grounds well maintained.
