Worst laundry experience of my life. The whole place is basically out of order. There’s no attendant there to help. This place is a scam. Never got my money back from a machine that did not work. The vending machines have snacks that I believe have been in there for over a year. Will never do again. Giant waste of time.
As all the others have said, over half the machines are out of order. The gentleman who owns the place will not refund your lost money when asked during business hours, when he is there, unless he knows you. There is a cleaner, in the evenings. I clean the table tops before I sit or fold laundry, There is left laundry all the time. Doors are wide open in all weather. The bathroom has been locked for years. The only saving grace is that there are a few machines that work and the 24x7 operation. The big washer directly inside the door on your left jams if quarters are fed too quickly. You must tap hard on the mechanism to clear the quarters and feed again. The coin return button also jams. No phone number or place to leave a note.
Visited on a Sunday evening...place looked clean enough but about 1/2 machines out of order and all cash only. My bad for not checking 1st - still, I hope others will read these reviews before heading in. 24/7 is good access but stuff has to work!
Most of the machines are out of order. Washing machine didn’t rinse all of the soap out. Had to change driers because after and hour my clothes were still very wet and during all of this saw three roaches. Disgusting
Got here with a couple loads of laundry and there are not enough working washers or dryers, one washer took $6 and then wouldn’t work and won’t give my money back. I would not ever come back if there was an option it wouldn’t even get a star! Very BAD!!!
I came here to wash some blankets. In the process of loading detergent I spilled some bleach on myself. The bathroom door was locked and there is no sink. I had to run to another business in the plaza to ask if I could wash my hands. One of the washers did not spin the blanket out and it was soaking wet. I used a triple loader and it was not overloaded. I had to take it home that way because it would have cost a fortune to dry it. The dryers do not get hot even when set on high temp. This place is filthy. Many of the machines are broken. It’s a shame because it’s near my house. I will never come here again.
I nearly froze to death. The heat is set on 50. I’m sure that the state requires 68. Will be reporting them for this. I choose to try it out because it’s 24/7. Not worth freezing to death. The place is filthy too.
Went to wash my comforter, put $10 in coin machine. It ate my money and I didn't get any quarters. I called the phone number on the coin machine and it's no longer in service. I called the laundromat and no one had returned my call.++Update, received a phone call and my money was returned
Came here at 4am, one person was just wrapping up her stuff. Very peaceful, quick, and effective. Washer has been working off/on at home and after a mishap I made a split second decision, put everything in some black garbage bags, went to CVS for some detergent, used the two super large washers for 20 mins, spread out the load across 5 dryers and was out of there. Yeah some equipment was out of order, but they were clearly marked and there were plenty of resources available. Quarter machine takes bills up to $20. The only negative part was when I read all the negative reviews and expected the worse initially, but was pleasantly surprised onwards.
What is going on with this place! Used to be a nice, safe place to come. It’s very dirty, I just lost money in machine, bathroom locked, every other machine is out of order, people leave stuff in machines that are working, and there is nobody to call. I come a long distance to use this place because laundromats are becoming extinct! Very very sad!
