Great experiences in Hermosa Beach. Penmar has been more than accommodating and Leticia has been a fabulous onsite manager who always jumps in to help and is very communicative. Move in experience went very smoothly.
Lived at the Hermosa Beach Shores apartment and Leticia Ramos was a great on-site manager. She was always responsive, available to answer questions, and made the move out process as smooth as possible.
I have owned and managed an apt with 5 units in Inglewood since 1994. It has been one headache after another until I located Penmar. In 3 short months 2 problem tenants speedily exited the property after Penmar took over. I did not have to undergo the expenses of unlawful detainees and delaying tactics thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of Penmar staff. The monthly owner reports are comprehensive, timely and presented in layman's terminology providing excellent audit trails. Maintenance issues are addressed timely and repairs have been of high quality. There are no vacancies and there have been no late rental payments. My tenants are happy and morale is high. My only regret is that I did not enlist the services of Penmar earlier. I am thrilled with the high level of performance I have received from Penmar and am considering adding another apt building to my investment portfolio.
