I’ve been going to Penn Station regularly for 20+ years. This is the worst one I’ve ever been to and it’s not close. After ordering there was one person waiting on her food and two people eating in. I got my food two subs and a med fry in about 20 minutes. My father-in-law ordered two small subs and a large fry right after me and took almost 40 minutes. They messed up my fry size and forgot a side that I stressed to them because I knew they would forget. My father in law’s food 2 small subs and large fry must have came out three different times as the employees had no clue what was going on. His large fry got replaced three times as it just sat there while the food was not being bagged and given out. More people came in and 2/4 people there got the wrong food. I could go on and on about my experience, but I’m assuming they are working with new staff like most places so I’ll give them the benefit of doubt. If you are the owner of this place, if you regularly run business like this there is no chance you will last. Penn Station is not a place where people will wait 20-40 min for their food when there is literally less than five people in the joint.
The order was inaccurate. The only girl working came out with food and got an attitude because our order was wrong. Wanted to know who took the order and there were only 3 people working and 2 were standing at our table. Not hard to figure out. This location’s quality has gone down since non of staff from a year ago are all gone. New management is horrible. We will be going to the Lewis Center location from now on.
I ordered extra ham, pepperoni, cheese. What I got was a tiny piece of piece and a few burnt crumbles of pepperon - over $8. Other sandwich was pizza. We got cheese and salami.. which no salami came on this. Tried contacting them and they closed at 7pm on Sunday. They didn’t call to say they were out of ham and didn’t tell us as we stood in there waiting. We don’t eat salami and the pepperoni mess was nothing to eat. Emailed them and never got a response. Poor customer service. Worst penn station in the area.
I love this place and the friendly people who work here. The food is delicious, is ready quickly, and even when it is busy they are always so kind. Thank you :Food: 5/5
$4 for about ten French fries what an absolute ripoff. First time I’ve ordered from here and definitely the last. And this is a club sandwich. Where is the meat?
Good food and nice service! The sandwich was pretty average, but the fries and lemonade were amazing and super delicious!Recommended dishesGrilled Club, Sub
I got a Italian sub regular size and it was extremely satisfying to eat. Easily 5 starsFood: 5/5
The subs were delicious. The fries though were not. They were slightly overcooked and did not taste salty at all. We had to take them home and resalt. We will be back but not for the fries.Food: 3/5
Used to go to one of these years ago in college and decided to stop in to this one for old time's sake. It was very good. The sub was tasty and the service was good. Went back again and had another good sub with good service. As far as sandwich shops go this one kind of vaulted right to the top of the list. Note: I didn't try the fries but they looked good and having fries on the menu at a sandwich shop is a big plus.
Stopped in at 8:05 to get a regular sub no fries and no drink. Asked for it “for here”. They close at 9. Sub ready 7-8 mins later and one guy goes to the back and after a couple minutes they say “you need to take this to go since we close at 9”. It’s maybe 8:15. I laughed and said fine. It’s one thing if I came in at 8:50 when they close at 9. Everyone knows their cheesesteaks are not the same to go — a ton of their melted cheese comes off on the wrapper with how they wrap it. It’s why I always dine in at PS. Not trying to be difficult. The 3 high school / college kids just wanted to blare their loud music that was on when I walked in. They had donatos and BW3 everywhere on half the dining tables. I get to my car and it’s missing pizza sauce — which has now happened 3 times in a row from this location. I was their only order at the time. It’s not hard to make something correct. I walked back in and apparently hurt the one guys feelings asking for sides of pizza sauce to have it the way I ordered it. He slams them on the counter and doesn’t say anything or look at me. I didn’t even need an apology. Just didn’t need the attitude like I did something wrong. These guys don’t care about having things accurate or wanting customers to come back. I even donated to their charity/foundation when I paid. I won’t be back and would encourage everyone else to be wary of this location.
