I wish I would have taken a picture of what they decided was a sandwich. The fries were hard as a rock. And the salad. $9.29 for about 2 cups of lettuce, if that, and maybe 2-4 ounces of diced chicken. Let me not forget, they fulfilled 5 orders after they gave me my sandwich, before they gave us the picture salad. I don't know what happened at this location. It used to be my go to place for lunch. I'll never dine in again either. Filthy restroom. And the tables were sticky awful. I was looking forward to eating there, such a disappointment today. I won't be back. $31 throw away.
Yea....this might have been one of the worst experience at a penn station. And won't come back. I just think there needs to be better training. Had to walk out of there after placing order. Ordered sandwich...the young man taking order, also made the food which is fine...my issue was he took the raw chicken with his handswith plastic gloves and used the same hands to handle the bread before cutting. Talk about cross contamination...disappointed...handled the bread and the cheese with the same hand as the raw chicken. Yea I'm good. Had to go. Got to be better guys. Treat it like your food. You can get people sick
I only give two stars for atmosphere because the building was so cold. You had to keep your coats on. It wasn't even funny and I know it's not the employees fault but they really do need to fix their heat in there. Other people were in there also complaining of the coldness, otherwise food was delicious. Customer service was excellent. I'll definitely go back.
Sandwich was good, but the fries were not fresh cut, they cut whole bin full then left them sitting there getting old and dried out. Plus ours were over cooked. I understand with today's market work ,you hire what you can get ,but those 2 attention to service left a lot of room for improvement.
Sorry, not sorry, this is by far the worst Penn Station I’ve ever been to. I really like it here but their sandwiches tasted like hate. Where’s the love? Customer service, nah. The lemonade and cookies were good.
The most overpriced garbage I’ve ever had in my entire life. Their large sub had the circumference of a cardboard paper towel roll. The medium sub was only 1/3 the size of the large and was basically just bread. I can’t even imagine what the small sub looks like. All together, 1 large sub, 1 medium sub, two medium fries, and 2 drinks came out to a total of $41 dollars. If you take anything away from this review, I would highly recommend just going across the street to Big John’s because you will get 5x as much food for half the price.
The food was flavorful, but the amount of filling per bread was weak. Service was ok, but a couple orders that came in after us were finished ahead of ours. It was a middle of the road experience. Not bad, not great. Also should update your payment methods to accept phone touch payments.Food: 3/5

I don't visit here often because of the location. The staff is friendly and very patient it's hard to pick just one sandwich to get they all sound delicious. I do love fresh fries and they make them fresh from fresh potatoes. I only give 4 starts because I noticed they seem to be a bit neglected by there company. The wallpaper was a falling a bit and they seemed exhausted which is very understandable. The people there are good I just think the higher ups should pay more attention to there stores. I will be going back for more food.
I placed an order and arrived after the 15 minutes we waited for about 10 minutes more; they told my GF, who went in to pick up our order, that the workers had waited to drop the fries. Fires were cold and hard as if they sat there all day; the employees literately just lied to us, lmao. The sandwich, which was Italian, had one piece of ham on it and was also cold not sure what the hell I paid for, but I will tell you I'll never go there again, and honestly, neither should you! Good Luck
