I had an appointment with Dr. Cohen and cannot say enough about how great he was. He listened to me and guided me through the appointment. His staff was also great- they were friendly, caring and very attentive. He called me today to follow up and check in as well which I think shows a lot!
Awful. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. The doctors are great but I’ve been getting declined for well over 3 months now by the front desk for annual exam. . They had told me that there is an outstanding bill on my account but will not specify for what just that it was from 3 years ago. No reason there should be one, I’ve been covered under insurance forever. I call once a week and get directed to billing but nobody returns my calls. This has been going on for MONTHS. It is extremely upsetting to be refused an exam when something could be wrong at any time. I hate to leave a negative review but I will never refer this place to anyone. They should feel very ashamed of themselves
I have been a patient at Valley Forge OBGYN in Phoenixville for well over 20 years . While most of my experiences have been good , I have to say my appointment today with Dr. Denis was above and beyond . This was my first appointment with her and I had a lot of concerns to cover. I was the last patient of the day and you never would have known it. It’s not often you come across a doctor that sits down with you and so patiently listens and does not rush you in the least and is so thoughtful about making sure you feel like you have all your questions answered. She was amazing .
Always a well staffed and well run office. The front desk is organized and professional. PA's and nursing staff always knowledgeable and pleasant. I've been seen by Jacqueline Walsh for years and she's just the most compassionate and caring person. Always takes the time to ask questions above and beyond your health. Highly recommend VF OB/GYN - Phoenixville!

I absolutely love Dr. Dennis. She is so patient knowledgeable and respectful. She’s a black doctor which was very important for me as a black woman.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Below is a list of reasons why: - Treated awful by the front desk. The most unwelcoming people I have ever encountered. - If you call for results, prepare to get attitude. That’s if you can even get in touch with anyone. - The communication is terrible. - Front desk took my license and insurance card and made copies for my first appointment. I was new to the area and had heard from other people say that Axia is known to say yes to accepting insurance then saying no. So, I was skeptical and triple checked. They told me MULTIPLE times that they accepted my insurance. When I kept asking I could tell that they were getting annoyed with me. So they told me as a new patient that they wouldn’t even schedule me an appointment if they didn't accept my insurance and to rest assured. Come to find out, after all that, they DIDN'T ACCEPT MY INSURANCE!! They scheduled me for 6 visits! So now I’m stuck with thousands of dollars in bills. If you decide to go here please go through the paper work with a fine tooth comb!! Don’t make the same mistake I did and trust them. It was the most stressful experiences I have gone through in my life at a doctors office. - The office is incredibly dirty and out of date. Bathrooms were filthy. Mold on the faucet, toilet paper on the floor and dirty paper towels everywhere. - One day when they were taking my blood pressure they had me sit in a tiny back room next to urine samples and blood viles THAT WEREN'T MINE!! One didn’t even have a lid on it.
I have been a longtime patient at Valley Forge OB/GYN Phoenixville. I had all three of my pregnancies overseen & delivered by their excellent doctors. I see Dr Alison Shirker and she is amazing- thorough, kind, and professional while being personable, which makes me feel at ease & comfortable.
Long time patient of Dr Roitman...she is the best! Caring, kind, professional and love being under her care...all surgeries & aftercare went great. Beyond blessed she is my doctor!
I can’t recommend Valley Forge OB/GYN enough! I go on and on about how amazing they are every appointment it’s probably annoying haha but it’s only because it’s the truth! They make you feel welcome and taken care of. I am so beyond happy that they are my team during my pregnancy, and I feel at ease about labor/birth knowing this team is my support system. Don’t think twice, just use Valley Forge OB/GYN!!
