Had the great opportunity to perform a Casino Night Event at 62Eleven. Christine was great to work with. What a beautiful complex and facility. If ever given the need for an apartment in the area this would be one of the first places I would check out. Looks like it would be a lot of fun living here!
Very nice place to live. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When maintenance is required work is always done in a timely manner. I left Penniman Park for a year, biggest mistake I ever made. I am very excited about being back. I would highly recommend this place if you want to have a safe comfortable home and neighborhood. Upgrades had been done while I was away which are very nice.
I just moved in a month ago but so far I love it. The other tenants are very polite and neighborly. The staff is helpful and they regularly hold events for members here. Lastly my apartment is very spacious and comfortable.
This is my first apartment ever and I love the community I’m around! The neighbors are really sweet and the area is quiet and peaceful. The amenities they offer is great, I definitely recommend checking 62Eleven out as a first apartment choice! :
This is an amazing place to live. It’s right off route 1 and there’s plenty of stores around. The staff is great and the maintenance people are super cool. It has very nice high ceilings and it’s very secured.
I can’t say enough great things about the staff at this complex! They are very kind helpful and make the move in process and living there smooth sailing. Not to mention the added bonuses of having the clubhouse in pool, so if you’re looking for a rental this is your place.
Honestly I was a little stand Offish due to some of the reviews I saw at the time but I am also the kind of person that has to make my own determination of things. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID. This community is beautiful and so well put together. The office staff Christina and Emani Gosh I Hope I Spelled that correctly They were so open and informative. They helped me as a newly divorced mom to be able to understand the process and make my transition as smooth as possible. I overly love this place. Everyone from the tenants to the maintenance team is nice and friendly. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!
It's very seldom that I leave any review or even leave a place feeling excited HOWEVER that is what I am experiencing. I've been looking to move for a while now and I have had some "not so friendly" encounters on this journey but that is the opposite of what I received recently here. For starters, the place is very clean, and you can tell that they take pride in their community which excites me. Second, the apartments are spacious and up to date. Last but most definitely not least the way that I was able to get all my questions answered and concerns addressed really blew me away. There was no condescending tone or attitudes while speaking with the office staff, they were friendly, inviting, and overall, a pleasant experience especially compared to my last few walk throughs at other locations. I will be returning. Thank you, Christina, and Imani, keep making a difference.
My sister and I had a lovely experience at the leasing office today. We are considering this complex for our home and loved the kindness and honesty the staff showed us. Monasia was such a ray of sunshine! Thank you for making us feel so welcome.
Came here for a tour and everything was great! The leasing office staff Monasia and Christina are AMAZING and SO NICE. We completed an application before we left. Can’t wait to live here!
