If I could give a zero star I would. 5 days ago I was in to pick up a prescription and at that time I asked that my insulin be renewed. I am a type 1 diabetic. I literally need insulin to live. So I called today to make sure that I was able to pick it up and that is when they told me that they couldn't get it. I can understand that their "supplier" is out of it but what I can't understand is why wasn't I called and told 5 days ago or 4 days ago or even today? Why did I have to contact you to find out if you can get it? That question wouldn't have even entered my mind since you've been getting it for me since Oxford Valley Pharmacy closed. But it's not the first time that I wasn't contacted recently about a medicine. My doctor prescribed another diabetic medication for me and I was told when I ASKED about it that your supplier doesn't carry it! Why wasn't I called about that? I don't know what is going on with them because when I first went with them, they weren't like that. Were you nice and accommodating until you got my business? Well guess what? You don't have it any longer!

My biggest qualm with this pharmacy is that they never open on time. Someone usually gets there 5-10 late to start opening we know this because we’ve waited a couple times to pick up prescriptions when they were supposed to be open. They also have a car with big advertising on it for free delivery. However, the deliveries are limited to those with ongoing medications, and the delivery days are very limited. That’s completely fine, and maybe that’s how a lot of pharmacy deliveries work, but I just assumed if you’re advertising that right in front of the business for everyone to see that it would available to a larger group of people/available more frequently. The one pro to this place is that the pharmacist is friendly.

Ken and Giovanna are the BEST! I love this pharmacy and the care they give! You are not just getting your prescriptions, you are getting great advice from caring people at the best prices! Thank you guy's for making me feel like a guest everytime I walk in the door!

I live in Levittown and rather close to Pennsbury pharmacy. I went onto their website in search of a COVID vaccine and was pleasantly surprised at the prompt response I received. The staff was efficient and kind. The place was clean and well organized. Ken gives a great shot!!! I will certainly be patronizing this pharmacy in the future.

I am so thankful that I found Pennsbury Pharmacy. I'm a nurse and signed up on the pharmacy waitlist for a Covid immunization. I received a return call within a few days and then scheduled for the vaccine within a day. Ken, the pharmacist, is so friendly and welcoming. It was such a smooth well run process. I'll obviously go back for the second dose but will also use the pharmacy for any future needs. I'm telling all my friends to go to Pennsbury!

Never have I received anything but A+++ professional service from Ken, Giavanna, and the staff. You are definitely more than a number at Pennsbury Pharmacy. Now, proving a fabulous service helping provide Covid19 shots. GOD BLESS you guys and gals.

Very nice and clean pharmacy. Ken is a very caring pharmacist who looks out for your health and what is best for you .Ken and the rest of the staff are very helpful and will take the time to help you with any of your concerns. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Nice clean and friendly. I switched from CVS to here. There was a problem with my prescription and he was persistent to get it resolved. Lets support our local businesses.

About a year ago after once again going to our regular big box pharmacy to pick up my husband's prescription, only to find out it was once again not in stock, I became frustrated...so I drove to another store of the same pharmacy to be once again told they don't have any in stock, well this becoming a regular occurrence I remember driving by a small mom and pop type pharmacy so I went there. Immediately Ken was extremely helpful, he was able to fill my husband's script with no problem, so I went home got all of his medications and transferred them that day...since then it has been great, never once did I arrive to be told sorry we don't have it, all his prescriptions are ready for pick up without me even calling, if it has a refill, Ken will automatically get it ready for you...And the best part is, if you are unable to drive or say your car is in the shop, he will deliver your medication right to your house...Switching to Pennsbury Pharmacy was the best decision I made and has taken one stress of my list...You can't go wrong using Pennsbury Pharmacy.
